2025 Pittsburgh Steelers

Rodgers signed for a 1 year, $13.65 mil deal ($10 mil guaranteed) that with incentives could go up to $19.5 mil. This leaves the Steeler with over $10 mil in cap space. Perhaps the Steelers sign a vet OT to compete & push the two young guys.

Best thing about the Rodgers deal is it does not hinder the Steeler salary cap beyond 2025.

Looking great Mr. Rogers

Aaron Rodgers, now entering his 20th NFL season, seems ready to guide the next generation of quarterbacks—starting with Will Howard, the rookie out of Kansas State. Just days after officially joining the Pittsburgh Steelers on June 6, Rodgers used his first press conference to praise Howard and outline his commitment to mentoring the young quarterback. “I’m going to be with him every single day and every single meeting,” Rodgers said, signaling a clear intent to help groom his potential successor.

NFL's most over-rated player loves Pickens

Maybe he will become the player we all hoped he would. Maybe he will hav a great attitude in Dallas and has truly learned his lesson. Cause he wasnt trending in that direction in Pittsburgh.

....Or he goes the way of Chase Claypool.
I even had to google because I truly forgot Claypool's name. And I REALLY forgot that his nickname was Mapletron

How I wish he were half the player of Calvin Johnson

I saw this article .......................
The greatest all-time wide receiver for every NFL franchise
For the Steelers they had:

I have always said that Antonio Brown had a HOF career going (I also thought Leveon Bell had a good start) but not so sure he would make it now.
What are people's thoughts on this? Should he be in? He has great numbers.

I dont think AB is getting in. Way too many reveivers with similar or better numbers that arent in. Either still active or recently retired.
As Mitshuler said, another 250-300 wouldve been feasible if not for his implosion. He wouldve been top 10 in numbers and a HOF lock.
If T.O. who IMO was a better overall receiver had to wait a few years, then I dont see someone with lesser numbers and more cancerous behavior getting in
