Some sad news I heard today. Ruby Arrington passed away. Probably one of the most influential women in Massillon City schools history. She ruled the halls of WHS.

Yes she passed away the 5th. She was a good woman. Strict but always very fair.

No surprise ,Mentor was the 3 seed and Edgewood was the 2 seed. Also Edgewood was the only team to defeat the Tigers in the regular season as well.

No surprise ,Mentor was the 3 seed and Edgewood was the 2 seed. Also Edgewood was the only team to defeat the Tigers in the regular season as well.

i just figure dmentor is so big, edgewood is not.. however for some reason the girls sports are usually very good

True Mentor is a very big school, but you don't have to be a big school for girls flag football it's only 5 vs 5. Just like basketball easy for smaller divisions to be competitive with the bigger ones when you only need 5 in a starting lineup.
