2024-2025 Ohio State Basketball

OSU 48 Pitt 39 Half Thornton 11 pts. 5 assists, Buckeyes 12 assists total. OSU being out rebounded 14 - 7 and Pitt 8 - 10 FT's. OSU just 2/3. Stewart and Parrish 2 quick fouls sat most of 1st half. OSU shot 69% from the field 1st half, Pitt 56%. Colin White not playing due to injury.
 
This team is beyond saving defensively. Sooo many problems by the team on that end that it won’t be until the offseason to get it fixed but 0 faith in Diebler to do it.

He came from the Holtmann tree of 0 defense. I can’t reiterate enough how much of a disastrous hire he was.

People that actually knew basketball HAD TO SEE that the team was still playing awful defense at the end of last season and especially in the NIT
 
No matter how this game ends up but it’s sad that an ACC team in Pitt is bigger, better, and more athletic than Ohio State. What has happened to this program has to have fallen so low? There are just no words for such an embarrassing product
 
Pitt 91 OSU 90 OT
Tough loss 4 pt lead with 10 seconds left and lose. Some not so good foul shooting, some questionable officiating, leads to a Pitt 3 at the buzzer.
 
I think I may root for the program to lose every game until they have a legit HC with past high level success and experience that I can actually get behind and support.

You’re missing the part where you physically threatened me first. I retaliated and like a coward you go crying to everyone else to fight your battles for you
 
If anybody wants to see how to play actual team defense go watch what Purdue did vs Ole Miss. Ole Miss was much more athletic but Purdue actually gets into correct stances and is able to challenge shots without fouling. That’s all coaching
