Why? Just need the GOP to win the House for divided govt. As for Biden nominations yes, the Dems winning the Senate would be crucial. The Senate wouldn't be in doubt except for Walker and Oz are such lousy candidates.
Sometimes things need to be put into a specific context. In this case, "lousy" needs to be determined by putting Fetterman next to Oz and Warnock next to Walker.
