In anyone else surprised that there hasn't been more than 4 schools move to 8 man football? I thought a few more would drop down and a few others would added 8 man that didn't have it before.
 
The problem is some schools that did play some 8-man only did so until they could get back to 11-man. If 11-man is the goal, 8-man will have a hard time gaining traction with the constant departure of programs.
 
Looks like Stewart Federal Hocking is dipping their tow into the 8-man waters with games against Lakeside Danbury and Holgate.

I think more would jump if it was sanctioned by the OHSAA. But more teams need to go 8 man for that to happen.

Can anyone confirm Bishop Sycamore is going to have 2 teams this year, a Varsity and a National team?

Can anyone confirm Bishop Sycamore is going to have one team this year? Their roster seems to be shrinking since it was first posted on Hudl.

Georgetown is not having a team.

One of the guys who was going to play for them just sent me a message that he is playing for Southern Buckeye and they have 22 players.

He is going to get me a schedule.
He said they play Peebles club on the road on Aug 20th.
