The 2014 Middle Hitter Pablo Rankings (MHPR) will now start to be published. Please keep in mind the MHPR is a pure mathematical algorithm that uses the teams playing, the sets won and points scored to create the rankings. The algorithm improves as more data (match results) are input into the database. This translates into better results as the season goes on. Please read the Pablo FAQ to get more detail. I am sure the initial results will get some discussion going especially among the DIII and NAIA teams. In a couple of weeks I will start creating the comparison graphic between AVCA, VB Mag and MHPR rankings.
