Javman - any idea where St. X's 10:17.29 DMR from NIN lands on the all-time indoor list? I know it's kind of an off-event for indoors, but I was curious. Your master indoor record list does not have the DMR. Thanks!

Pitiful. Full results started being posted/made available in 1998. Oddly enough, Girls DI & DII also only have top 8, while all others have top 16. Every other event seems to have all results for 2003. Thanks for the response.

Does anyone happen to have full results for this race? I only find top 8 on OHSAA, Baums Page, Dyestat, etc. I have the schools, team members and regional results. It's just one of those little, annoying things. Thanks.

The date you have for Glenville's 1:23.78 appears to be from Penn Relays, not AOC. I know they dropped some ridiculous times at both.

I can't speak for 1985, but the 1986 Caldwell team won Brookville with 25 points (1, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10 & 15) with a 5-man average of ~15:37. Their 7th man was 16:31 that day.

I whole-heartedly agree with all of your points. My biggest wish would be for timing mats at every kilometer (similar to Terre Haute). I think this would be great for both athletes and coaches.

Except for Nike Regional and the blanket finish at GCL, Hall was #1, Stifel was #2 and Vitucci was #3 for St. Xavier in 2013. Hall did not compete in the Bombers first meet (Moeller Primetime) where Stifel and Vitucci finished 1-2 overall.

It's easy to get off topic: Another thing about the 2013 Midwest Regional was that St. Xavier's Evan Stifel won the boys championship race. Has any other Ohio runner ever won the Nike Midwest Regional male or female?

My notes show Woodridge was an automatic bid in 2006 and LaSalle received an at-large. Elmhurst York was the other automatic bid from the midwest. The regional meet was not contested until 2007. Medina earned an at-large that year.

Even more amazing the fact this was done without their usual #1 (Steve Weiner) who was sick and finished as the 6th man.

Hunter Moore ran a 9:02.51 at regional (to finish 2nd to Matt Scrape) in 2017.

Elder qualified for the regional meet (known as district for a while...) every year from 1971-2010. They did not qualify as a team in 2011, 2015, 2020 or 2023.

Are you including all performances under the 4:11.23 cut-off? Same for 3200m - I hope my question makes sense.

Michael Hall of St. Xavier ran a 4:09.45 to finish 2nd at state in 2013. Kevin Blank ran 4:10.86 to finish 3rd.

LaSalle's record appears to be 9:44.7 by Alan (sp?) Bader.

I just visited EHS Sports, and it doesn't appear any Elder runner ran that fast as a freshman. Lancermania would be the best resource for LaSalle, but I don't believe they have a freshman under 9:40 either.

I thought it was the 14 year old record - was it the freshman record?

I would still think this goes down as one of the greatest if not the greatest distance double. He obliterated existing state/all-time records. The girls meet had not started, so it was just the boys. If the AA and A meets were run separately, Reg would have had very little time between events.
