Just call OHSAA Monday morning and ask for your runner up trophy. Damn if nothing else you are persistent beating this thing to death, you played them in conditions nobody else did and lost just like everyone else. You can claim you tied for 5th I guess , not sure about the trophy though.

See Glenville has been practicing at Spire Institute in Geneva at their indoor facility. That’s a nice gig for the kids, one of the top facilities in the state. Made me wonder if Kirtland or Chardon ever reached out to them when they were making their deep playoff runs every year, would make...

Lol. Based on what? So easy to discount teams like Wyoming, Steubenville, Taft, west branch, Jefferson,etc…, because you had the fortune of playing glenville on an ice skating rink . Those kind of playing conditions give no indication of how good either team is, just survive it.

Weather like that is a huge advantage to the offense. Maybe it affected both teams equally, but after having seen them live Saturday night, there defense would live in most d4 backfields all night with how fast they come off the ball.

Yeah. maybe. You are better off hoping for bad weather to neutralize their speed on defense. Really don’t think the van wert qb would have been upright most of the game on a dry field.
