This post is another head scratcher from you… While every fan base has some criticism of their head coach I am not seeing/hearing what you posted. Elder fans know what they have in Ramsey and he is one of the best in the state. Very few people disagree with that.

Every week it’s a different Elder team with all the injuries they’ve had. I expect a good defensive battle and a late score deciding it.

When I took the Safe Parish training I learned the term Hebephilia (9-14) and Ephebophilia (15-19) which is a person is attracted to kids in those age groups.

I think we’ll learn a lot about Winton Woods when they play Anderson. Moeller has the best offense in R4 and probably the best overall team. Lakota West and Winton Woods will be the only legitimate contenders against Moeller from what I’ve seen on the field.

There’s probably a dozen active threads on Yappi (none of them about Elder) where Trey grinds his ax and makes it about Elder. It’s kind of sick at this point. All of this because his nephew (who’s moved on) was cut from a scout team position. Trey needs to seek professional help.

What our friend fails to understand is... no one cares how good the official's eyesight is. The less the officials interject themselves into the game the better. I was always told: "call the big stuff, don't let one team get a competitive advantage by breaking the rules and keep the game...

We both can agree that the bad crews are not getting the best games or playoff assignments. Most assignors have a sense of self preservation. I’ll concede that the best officials don’t always get what they deserve.

I think I saw something where the NCAA has a program for former players to become officials. It’s be great to have coaches encourage players not playing at the next level to consider officiating. If you played football in high school you can probably take the abuse that sometimes happens and...
