As with most fan bases, there are also those who simply can't make it to games for very legitimate medical reasons; gotta believe 99%+ are aware of this.

I got a refund because of terrible streaming on Massillon's game with Canal Winchester. I was starting to have the same problem with the Massillon versus Big Walnut game but realized I couldn't stream it to my smart TV from the cell phone which means I watch the whole game on a cell phone...
