I assume that Bucksman and Boro Fan will be giving their projections (four qualifiers in each weight), but if others care to give it a shot, I enjoy reading/seeing their opinions. Bucksman and Boro Fan aren't the only ones to share some good insight.

Opening round match between Geckler and D’Fazio at 144 is a great matchup. Loser of that one is going to have a long road back in a very tough weight class.

The heavyweight class is going to be great to see which of those 3 wins. There is going to be a district runner up in another district that’s going to get a REALLY bad draw!

With all due respect I'd be very surprised if Geckler lost this match. The big match at this weight (if my hunch is correct) will be Gecker and Humphreys in a go to in the consi semis.

First Seven Weight Classes (My Best Guess)
Championship- Consi
106 Seacrist/McBurney - Hahn/Frantz
113 Green/Rohr - Stanley/Sharpley
120 Seibert, Dinwiddie, DeBoe, and Palmisano will be the qualifiers. I've seen so little of Seibert at 120 to know where he fits in.
126 Jett/McBurney - Davis/Mellon
132 Joy/Jett - D'Alessandro/Blackburn
138 VanDyke/Pluhar - Curtis/Shelly
144 Herman/Petite - Bizak/ (Consi Semi: Humphreys/Geckler)

Hey Nostradamus, tell us how Jordon qualifies.

Hoover District is always so frustrating starting at 5:00. Perry starts at 1:00, Garfield Hts. at 3:00, and Perrysburg at 4:00. Have they ever heard of an EARLY DISMISSAL schedule? Every school has one.

Ries only 1-0 over German and now he has Andrews. Don't think Andrews and Fockler have ever wrestled. Could be interesting.

Here's your day one highlights
106 - Wadsworth with a pickup in Frantz beating Hahn (Mentor). Reversals were the theme of the day for Frantz. Instead of Green to go, where he's lost the match 2x this year, now he has Clemens most likely (Frantz over Clemens 2-1 match to place at MBC).
113 - chalk, only thing to note is that Green majored Stanley when earlier matches were closer.
120 - chalk, Dinwiddie 2-0 over Pluhar for the umpteenth time in the QF
126 - Stropko upset Jett with two third period takedowns, 4-2 the score. The last takedown coming right as time expired, Brecksville coaches would disagree. Now Jett is looking at Mellon most likely to go (Jett won the first two meetings against Mellon, Mellon the most recent one , but Mellon has the only two TD's in three matches
132 - the semis are chalk. Plotts 2-0 over Sharpley via very late 1st period takedown probably wasn't, but all that changes is the likely go-to permutation; Plotts vs. Jett/Blackburn loser, Sharpley vs. D'Alessandro (assuming Joy wins)
138 - Shelley reverses loss to Pluhar from state duals. Van Dyke 8-0 over Curtis, whereas the earlier meeting was much closer. Giatis beats Cunningham 5-4 in 30/30 first round and pins Jardine in the second. Big picture - Curtis crosses into Cunningham second round tomorrow and then the Giatis/Shelley loser (I think Shelley wins that one) to go, Pluhar crosses into most likely Smith to go
144 - DiFazio beats Geckler in OT, second period rideout was key, as that countered the first period takedown from Geckler. Petite 8-5 over DiFazio second round. Go-to wise, we're looking at DiFazio v Humphrys in a sectional final rematch, Humphrys won by one there, with Geckler v Bizjak the likely other go-to.
150 - Keirn used a five-bagger in the third to separate a 3-3 match after two against Hill. Beck did everything he could in the last 30-60 seconds of the bout to lose to Randolph but he hung on 4-3. Big picture wise - the Keirn/Fumic loser (likely Fumic) will have most likely Randolph or the Frenk/Zambounis winner to go, while the Giltz/Beck loser is looking at Hill or Hamad to go
157 - chalk, though Supers 3-0 Crutchley had two wrestlers with state experience in it. The likely Perrine/Crutchley go-to is a sectional final rematch
165 - Horgan over Stuczynski is a mild upset, but Mentor wrestled mostly out of their minds tonight (six in the semis, returning SQ Hahn NOT one of them). Batson majored Dolph, margin surprises me. Vucetic upset returning state placer Lintner, something seems out of sorts with Lintner. Looking at go-to, you're likely talking about Horgan/Lintner and Dolph vs. the Vucetic/Ridgley loser.
175 - chalk
190 - turned upside down. Gorman upsets Stiles 11-7, key to the match was a five-bagger right at the end of the first for Gorman; Hill rallied from like 6-1 down to beat Hartshorn 8-7. Grimm 3-1 over McPherson with a second period takedown, third consecutive win for Grimm over this opponent after losing the regular season dual meet (weird match - I thought Grimm had a takedown about 30 seconds before it was given, but when it was given it didn't look like a takedown from where I was seated). Sherman beat Allen 3-0 after Allen had beaten Batcher in the 30/30. Big picture, Stiles and Hartshorn both cross into the Grimm/Sherman loser; while on the surface, McPherson now crosses into the easier go-to (before the tournament, that was expected to be Hartshorn/Stiles as the upper semi for McPherson to cross)
215 - Notable first round win for Fair, 5-0 over Millin, though the loss to Bottiggi nullifies that win; also in the top half, Stankorb beats Blackburn 2-1 in the 30/30, which was a must win. The lower semi is Gregory v Vanadia, so you can do the cross-bracketing and figure out why. Millin/Magueyal as a first consolation match tomorrow is one to watch to say the least.
285 - chalk, but Ries only beat German 1-0 and has Andrews in the semi tomorrow, a match that went OT at the SLT.
