Is Jonathan Powell any relation to a Jonathan Powell that played for CJ in the 90's and went on to play for Western Michigan

Gavin Leen at Alter. Older brother is AJ who plays varsity at Alter. Kid can shoot the lights out of the ball. He made Sports Center top 10 this year, after hitting buzzer beating 3 to win a game.

I believe you're right on the Western Michigan part but I believe he played on that Springfield Catholic Central team that won state led by Jason Collier. Can someone confirm?

Yeah I think he started at CJ and transferred to Springfield Catholic Central.

I saw the Powell kid play a couple times this year, he can really shoot the ball. Mason Shrout from Preble Shawnee is really good too, 22.5 and 7 this season and he won POY in his conference. It looks like they’re both with All Ohio Red this travel ball season
