How about this one: You have twins, and they are both top level wrestlers, both are at 106 pounds, but only one could start varsity, because neither could beat the 113. Both are in 8th grade, the next year one starts high school and other is held back in 8th grade. How about that for a dinner conversation?

Well, they will go straight to hell then, so it doesn't matter what school they attend, or if they get held back.

All other religions, besides the Catholic Church, are fake news!

And for those attending the ncaa this weekend, any time spent in Cleveland will be credited towards your required time in Purgatory.

If they are 20 and whip your 14 year old so be it. Maybe you shouldnt rush them through life.
As for me and my family, my kids will stay in a loving environment being raised to treat others respectfully. They will have class regarding everything they do. Schools dont teach this anymore. My kids will be very old next to many of the kids that graduate when they do and if you dont like it to bad.
Life goes by way to fast and I want to spend as much time with my kids before they go into the workforce and college as possible. I trust the morals and ethics of my home and that will be there longest exposure.
All 3 of my kids will turn 20 shortly after graduating. If someone has a problem with it to bad. I can guarantee that my kids will be very well behaved kids that represent themselves, their family and their peers with 100 % class WIN OR LOSE
Too bad they will not learn punctuation and grammar at home!

So Joe graduates at 17, goes to 4 years of college and is in the work force at 21 but next door neighbor Sam is a two year hold back and right after the state tournament turns 21. Joes mama did not want to hold him back but Sams mama did. (fathers donít usually make this decision). Most likely Joe and Sam were in different places in their life at 16-17 and Joe was probably never crazed on wrestling like Sam. Each has to do what works best for them. It would be interesting though if wrestling went to a club system state championship by age or u-16 , u18 u20/21
and scrap divisions.

penguin. Who do you think is more ready for the work force? The one entering at 21 or the one at 24? I began my teaching career a few months after turning 22. I became a head varsity coach at the age of 22. This was back in 96. I loved my time getting started and feel like I did the best I could for the kids I had back then. Honestly, from a maturity stand point I was absolutely not ready for either position. I love how my life has turned out, but if I could do it over it would, I would not have rushed through it all like I did.

The 21 year old. They are at their peak. 24 is past. And when the 21 year old is 24, they are 3 years better than the 24 year old at 24. Duh. You screwed up.
