I know they “spread the wealth” across all-District teams when they sort out All-Ohio, but Sunahara and Kinsey are first-teamers.

Unless you have seen EVERY player on the first and second team, then your statement is nothing but an opinion. All-State teams are a popularity contest--nothing more, nothing less.
