Bengals just hired former Dallas OL coach Frank Pollack for the OL. That’s a great hire!

Bengals hire Packers QB coach, Alex Van Pelt. Another nice hire.

Dalton is not In the top half of nfl Qbís. I could easily name 20 better than him. However the team isnít bad because of him. Heís only part of the problem. IMO there are only about 4 or 5 ppl on the team that are franchise players worth keeping.

I wouldn't place him in the top half. I'd have these 16 above him.

Brady
Rodgers
Brees
Wentz
Roethlisberger
Ryan
Wilson
Rivers
Stafford
Cousins
Garoppolo
Watson
Keenum
Goff
Newton
Smith

I would rather have Watson as my qb but I don't think it's fair to say he is better at this moment with his small sample size.

Keenan and Smith are debatable imo. Not sure if I would want either over Dalton. Maybe Keenum

If say Dalton is an average quarterback but can be above average if there is talent around him. Not an ideal situation by any means when you hope your QB elevates the players around him

Forgot about Luck, throw him in there too.

Mariotta and Carr are debatable.

I think Dalton is clearly superior to Eli at this point in their careers

Mariota is for real

We forgot Foles.

Flacco>Andrew ? If they swapped uni's and lined up, I think the Flacco-Bengals win.

We'll see what gives with Manning next year. Didn't look good, but he may recover a bit.

I'll give you Wentz because he was the MVP before hegot hurt this year, but it's still pretty early for Garappolo, Goff and Watson to be listed higher then Andy. Keenum could turn out to be a one hit wonder. I'd put them in tiers:
1. Brady, Rodgers, Brees, Wilson, Ben, Ryan, Stafford and Rivers
2. Smith, Cousins, Wentz, Palmer, Manning, Newton, Luck and Dalton
3. Mariota, Keenum, Carr, Goff, Watson, Garappolo, Flacco, and Tannehill
4. Bortles, Winston, Trubisky, Taylor, Dak, Siemian, Kizer, and McCown

Younger guys like Watson, Wentz, Mariota, Goff, etc have more upside than Dalton, but other than Wentz, not ready to say all of those guys are already better than Dalton.

Not sure how you put Dalton above Flacco.

When it comes to big games and must-wins, Dalton seems to shrink and Flacco seems to "get lucky". I think he makes his own luck.

Let's revisit your list this time next year.

Dalton is an average NFL QB. Nothing more, nothing less. If Mixon develops, Eifert ever gets healthy and they bolster the line, he could be in the 10-12 range. He's Tom Brady compared to the canine excrement we've had in Cleveland.

He'd be canine excrement in Cleveland over the same time period.

Colt McCoy could have easily done better than Andrew if in the Nati over the span of Andrew's career. No doubt in my mind.

Andrew is worse - especially when it matters.

Andrew is 0-4 in his 4 playoff games. 1 TD and 6 INTs.

Flacco is 10-5. 25 TDs and 10 INTs.

Love seeing the Natitards ride the Andrew train right off the cliff. Perfect value QB for you clowns and your cheap-azz owner.

It's not so much riding the Andrew train as it is coming to the very evident conclusion Colt McCoy is a slightly below average back up QB while Dalton is an average starter, at best, and below average starter, at worst.

recently was right, you guys are wrong. Ted is right. Andrew is <.

Flacco in Daltons jersey beats the Ravens with the Bengals at least 4 out of 5. Poor Dolt McBoy went from the Browns to the 'skins - two franchises that have handled QBs pretty poorly. I would not be at all surprised if he out-performed Andrew with the same team and reps.

Dalton has beaten the Flacco-led Ravens 7 of his last 10 times, including sweep in '14 and '15.
Flacco had one hot postseason, outside of that he's been very average. That postseason also earned him a lot of money while also handicapping his team to build around him.

You're the one who brought Colt McCoy into the discussion, now you're making excuses for him. Might want to take a few more steps backwards.

Yeah McCoy would be an average nfl starter if he had the bengals coaching staff around him. Great post weirdo.
