I honestly think the Warriors would win, probably in 6-7 games.

That's funny. When we discussing this question this week, that was the first thing I asked.

Yeah, it's not really the same game today.

Depends on the rules. I would give the Bulls a better chance with today's finesse rules than I would give the Warriors playing by 1990's rules. The Bulls personnel could play either way, for the most part. I think the Warriors would have a hard time adjusting to all the contact allowed back in the Jordan era. Draymond would adjust fairly easily, though.

There isn't a player on the planet today better than MJ in his prime.

Warriors in 6-7, regardless of rules. Simply too much offensive talent.

Perimeter shooting, especially off the break and early into half-court possessions, probably neuters any advantage that could be gained via extra contact allowed by 90s rules IMO.

Easily the Warriors. I can't see a 54 year old MJ and 51 year old Pippen keeping up.

Different eras of basketball, but the Bulls would break Curry in half on a drive to the hoop.

Curry would be fine. You guys crack me up. You act like 6'2 guards couldn't get to the rim in the 90s.

Sure they could get to the rim, but they often paid the price...guards nowadays wander through the lane and barely get touched.

Bulls in 6.

Curry when it matters in the playoffs especially the Finals not the guy I want deciding the game. Durant finally proved himself in clutch in this scenario although 2 other guys in Curry and Thompson who make it a lot easier to make Durant efficient. Durant's track record says this was the exception to the rule unless he tanked the WCF Finals last year (don't see that, only way I see something like that is is the NBA rigged it from inside ~ Kings/Lakers series). Durant is a physical freak in this era but I think both Durant and Curry would struggle (esp Curry) going against that Bulls team (any of the Bulls Dynasty).

The Bulls would have a really tough time defending the pick and roll with Longley out there. They'd have to play Rodman at center and start Kukoc at the 4.

I don't think there's any way the Bulls could guard the Warriors' small ball lineup effectively, IMO. Figuring out how to get the right personnel to guard Durant, Iguodala and Green in space would be a nightmare with at least one horrible mismatch.

Going back a few posts, Durant's a physical freak unlike anybody from the era of Bulls' dominance. There weren't 6'11, 7'0 guys that were anywhere close to being as athletic and skilled as him. He'd likely wreck havoc.

It would come down to the Warriors outside shooting. They would have no interior offense and would be limited on rebounds. The Bulls would own the boards and have their way with the Warriors inside. Rodman would get into Green's head and make him worthless.

I could just as easily see the opposite happening. Green is certainly the superior offensive player.

If it's the 96 short 3 point line. I'd take the warriors

I disagree, in his time, MJ was the best, but as each generation goes by the players just get better. Iggy would have alot of success guarding Jordan. Same size/ strength/ athleticism. I have no idea who would guard Curry? BJ Armstong? Steve Kerr? John Paxon? Pippin would have to guard Durrant, and that would be tough for even him. There was not 6'10" athletes back in the 80's. Anyone 6'9" or bigger was a banger, center position player. Wennington, Cartwright could simply not play vs. the Warriors. Rodman would have to play the 5 position. So on offense it's 5 on 4.

Any 3 point line, take the Warriors. They spread the floor so much.
