Age range?

I've had some questions on social media about the recommended age for this book. There are 3 main programs - beginner, intermediate, and advanced. any wrestler from age 5 up thru grade school would be a candidate for the beginner program. The intermediate program would be perfect for junior high or later grade school athletes that already have built a base. The advanced program is designed for athletes to "graduate" up to after building a solid foundation with the first two programs - anywhere from age 10 to age 14.

Hope that helps!

My 5 year old son on the cover might have mislead some people into thinking the plan was only for very young athletes.

Coach Myers- Love the book and supplemental videos! Have already started implementing your program with my kids. Question for you, would you be able to draft a list of essential equipment that could be purchased to set up a basic home gym set up ie.- bands, bench, yoga ball, medicine ball(s), dumbells?

Thanks!
