It worked, brian. You single-handedly provoked Dan Gilbert and and Koby Altman into action. Without you, they would not have changed anything. You did it, and now you can go back to working on the Dolan gang.

Okay, you aren’t mad he successfully trolled the Cavs fans while successfully calling out the shortcomings of the team. And your post wasn’t about the Celtics finals probability, it was about Brian driving change in the Cavs organization. Are you okay?

The Celtics could still easily make the finals. I wouldn't be spiking the ball quite yet if I were Cleveland, the roster hasn't even played one game together.

I'm assuming Love's injury is as simple as indicated.

I think the Cavs could play similar line-ups with the new guys as they did when they went 18-1 pre-IT's return and blow through the East, even the Celtics in 5 or 6 . It's not a stretch to see them really slow down Kyrie with Hill and Richardson getting help from Nance and LBJ.

The Celtics will also likely add Hayward, their 2nd best player who they've been without the entire season. If he's not significantly diminished(a possibility) that makes the matchup all the more difficult.

Such a catastrophic leg injury would seem to me to preclude a significant contribution on his part. Far different than Love's situation. I could be surprised, though.

When one considers that a <100% Hayward will be of little use against the Warriors or any other West foe, the thought of rushing him back makes even less sense.

Did Hill ever slow Kyrie down when he was with the Pacers?

No one in the East can beat the Warriors. The Cavs/Celtics/Raptors are playing for an Eastern Conference title and the slim hope that Durant blows out his knee or something.

Almost all the word out of Boston is Hayward will be back this year.

If there is little chance of damaging it, I'd guess he will be. Legs ? We'll see what he can contribute. They'll need far more than an appearance.

I don't see any evidence that Boston absolutely needs a big roster addition to have a shot against Cleveland. Like I said, don't spike the ball just yet.

You forgot about George Hill shutting Kyrie down. I mean, he held Chris Paul to 25+ a game in the playoffs last year.

No one said anything about shutting him down. Only you have said that. Don't you ever get tired of the same stupid games ? You don't anger anyone, you don't fool anyone, you just look like an idiot. Why is that fun for you ? I just don't get you.....

I said slow him down with help. The Celtics don't likely beat the Cavs in a game where he has 25 and 5. I'd think that's the goal.

I can't recall anyone slowing a motivated Kyrie down, frankly. The dude is so insanely skilled
