Just read his 27 Evan article. You won't be a super model or a baseball announcer had me laughing.
Also he apparently met the girl of his dreams in 2015. Willing to bet he dumped her because of his girl slut standards

Worked at Kroger in produce in high school. Meat department guy sawed off 2.5 fingers on the rotary saw used for meat cutting one time while I was working. No clue how it happened but the guy was a huge pill head.

Working in construction during college, had to transport 3" schedule 80 black pipe to a job site. A bunch of it. On the pipe rack atop the truck, normally just using ratchet straps would be fine. Well this idiot from Hamiltucky decided it would be a good idea to use bungy cords instead because he tangled the ratchet straps.
Long story short, I tried telling him this was a bad idea. He drives off, goes up a hill and down the other side. On the other side there is a stop light at the bottom of the hill. As he stopped behind a car, the momentum from the pipe snapped all the bungy cords and the pipe launched in to the car stopped at the light. It totalled the car and luckily the pipe missed the driver's head as it pierced through the front windshield. It would have for sure instabtly killed the driver.

How many times do I have to apologize for that! Geez...
I'd rather call myself out. Dumbest thing I did, summer job in a steel warehouse, they wouldn't let me run the overhead crane. Supervisor left me alone, a mere kid,..... That weight scale will never be the same.

A phys ed teacher I worked with once woke up one morning, had his coffee and read the paper, and then decided to mow the lawn. He was mowing the front yard when the assistant principal pulled into the driveway.
AP: "What're you doin'?"
PE: "Mowin' the yard."
AP: "It's Thursday."
PE: "I'll be there in 15 minutes."

Self-Deprecation
While a freshman in college, I worked in a grocery store. Bagging for a customer, I respectfully said "yes, sir" multiple times. When I asked if the customer wanted me to put the groceries in the car ("sir"), the reply was "No. And, stop calling me sir, bub!". Short hair, dressed like a man. My bad...

Had a coworker get drunk at a work golf outing. Wrapped his golf cart around a tree, left the golf course immediately and wrecked his car on the way home. He was fired the next day.

worked with a teacher who taught special needs students (resource / tutoring classroom) who would farm her kids out around 12:30 each day to other teachers so she could go home early. And by early I mean school doesn't end til 3:45 and staff are contracted to stay til 4:00. So she was jettin out a good 3.5 hours early.
Here's how she did it. We're on a 7 period a day schedule. We get two planning periods. Her two planning periods were during 5th and 7th periods. Basically at the end of the day. Her lunch was from 12:30 to 1. So each day she would leave a note on her door telling her 6th period kids to go to Mr. or Ms. _______ and she would take off.
Yea administration was way too chill about it and put her on probation the following year. And yes after that following year she got fired. She was basically getting paid for full-time but only working part-time.
Her reason? she owned a farm and her animals missed her.

I'll nominate myself for something.
After high school, worked a summer for my uncle's friend building a large two-car garage that was on a hillside. So, one side was quite high off the ground. I was just a helper, but after getting the building basically built, one of the last things was shingles. Now, I had never done shingles. Guy showed me at about 4pm how to do them. It was near the end of the day. I was tired. So, the day ends, and we're back at 8am and starting. He goes and does other things and assumes I know how to hammer in shingles. He told me.
Well, I didn't line them up properly. Instead of lining them up with the line, I was lining them up with the marks on the shingle. So, they weren't overlapped properly. Did about ten square yards from the one corner (on the tall side of the garage) no less, before someone realized I was wrong. A lot of work to correct that.
Moral of the story. Don't teach something to someone who's just about ready to leave and go home and expect them to remember at 8am the next morning.

My dr I go to only works certain days of the week so it's really hard to see him... Well I called one of my co workers last week to see if she would cover for me while I went. She said no. What's funny is a week later she asked me to cover for her because she had a car emergency. Of course I laughed and said "what do you think?" Needless to say that's a dumb co worker.

Right. If there was a legitimate reason I would have had no issues. She just said sorry no and that was it. I was just secretly waiting for the time she'd ask me to cover. I didn't think it would be so soon but it felt great saying nope.
