Withrow's program is a mess for several reasons in addition to coaching, unfortunately. Previous administration's (after Johnson) meddling, AD mismanaging funds in the past....and now poor coaching. I understand they have the bodies and talent, but no program development.

Don't kid yourself, Johnson was part of the problem.... Knowing and allowing AD to mismanage funds, allowing Gamble to leave and come back just to leave again. And where are these bodies, they have like 30 players???
