Toss Up - Eds or Graham lose state tournament

Toss Up - Eds or Graham lose state tournament?

Iíll go with Eds losing the state title 1st given the rise of Lasalle. I think in the next 3 years.
I think Graham is still untouchable for the next 5 at least

I am not sure either one will lose but I agree I think their is a better chance of Ed's. For this reason DI is much deeper. LaSalle, Brecksville, Wadsworth, Elyria, Perry etc.

Ranked Teams

St Ed's 8th
Brecksville 13th
LaSalle 16th
Wadsworth 18th
Elyria 42nd
Perry 47th

DII Ranked Teams
Graham 5th

Seriously, we could just end this debate if Ed's and St. Paris would attend the CIT every year like they should.

Eds would at least send the green team every year if the others would allow it. That said, I'd rather see Eds start National Catholic duals with the following:
Montini, DCC, Bergen, Eds, Bethlehem Catholic, etc. not sure about Indianapolis or Erie Cathedral Prep, plus maybe add another from Ohio.

Not to mention that Bryce Hepner won state at two different weight classes, that has to be a record. One would figure that would have been big news on yappi last month...

St. Paris.... is a city! Not a "catholic school". It's actually not "private" either. Based on these theories, is everyone in St. Louis catholic? C'mon guys research a bit.

The St. Paris wrestling team is a private entity at a public school. Many neighboring public schools benefit from the business.

blasphemy! St Paris is D2 school, which means Protestant. The Catholic schools are D1.
It's not really recruiting. Build it and they will come.

As the infallible Pope, I need to clear up this "fake news"....

Here are the facts.......

St. Paris Graham is indeed a Catholic saint from a small farming community in Central Ohio. His approved miracles (required by Catholic Church to be canonized as a saint) were defeating, on multiple occasions, a much bigger and stronger St. Edward in a wrestling match. St. Edward was a bully who used to pick on others until, one day, St Paris Graham had had enough and defeated the bigger bully.

As a child, St. Paris was especially fond of graham crackers and therefore picked up the name St. Paris Graham. It's been said that his favorite treat is s'mores!

And finally, St. Paris Graham is often seen baptizing new believers in the river behind the school. The name of the river where people are baptized is the Jordan River!

Further evidence is the fact that the Jordan River is mentioned approx. 190 times in the KJV bible.

It has also been surmised that his fondness for S'mores played a role in penchant for wearing vests. It seems that the gooeyness of the S'mores ruined the sleeves of many jackets during young St. Paris's formative years. The solution was jackets with removable sleeves which, eventually, gave way to the vest.
