Most nuts are pretty healthy, so I'll take it as a compliment.

I mean how often do you see obese squirrels? Not often, I'll tell ya.

And even the blind ones find a nut every once in a while

The one thing I've always wondered about Trumps support is, how many of them vote in primaries or even vote for that matter.

Well hell, that was the question with Obama's support. Then suddenly black people vote in record numbers. Maybe we'll see the same.

You may see the same. The difference I see is that black people just wanted a black democrat president. People I know that support Trump are just white rednecks who I doubt are registered to vote.

That small fact didn't seem to stop a fair number of Obama voters

The majority of them had the card filled out by someone else and were told just to put an 'X' when it said signature.

Trump has a way of growing on you. At first I looked upon him as just an arrogant blowhard.

However, in an age where politicians say very little that's not vetted through sample groups and polls, and communicated by reading some safe canned political speak bs off a teleprompter, Trump comes off as someone who's not afraid to talk as "regular folk" speak about issues. He's connected with a part of America that's just sick of politics as usual...no matter how unpolished he is.

I like a lot of the Republican candidates and I think we have an excellent field and I'd vote for a number of them. In that light if Trump earned the nomination, I wouldn't have to hold my nose while voting for him.

There's an incredibly large contingent of college aged/recent graduates who are backing Trump as well. As we all know, that demographic is not one to vote.

Most college students that are into politics are huge Bernie supporters. I would say Trump is second with them, then Hillary, then Rand Paul.

Trump's problem lies with the way Latino voters view him.

I still see far more support for Bernie than for Trump and I'm in that age range. And live in a college city.

You might want to start being a little more selective regarding the company you keep

That's troubling, that the college kids want us to become a socialist country.

Estimates of Bernie's social giveaway bonanza have been estimated at 18 trillion over a 10 year period.

Do we really want to become more socialist than we've already become. Do we really need more people dependent upon the government for everything? Umm, I don't think so. But admit, that's probably good for the Democratic party. It's practically their theme song.

You are hanging out with people that don't have anything and are looking to have someone take it away from someone else and give it to them. No one I'd trust.

Sounds like he's hanging with the OWS crowd. I wonder if his town has a 'rape-free zone' like the OWS folks had........

Kids in college today were not born until after the Soviet Union had been defeated. If you take away the practicalities of actually implementing and maintaining a socialist based economy (with the necessary loss of freedoms and the necessary top down authoritarianism it requires, along with the rampant corruption that USUALLY accompanies it) and you simply focus on the "... to each according to their need" component, it sounds like a very attractive way of dealing with the poor.

Unfortunately, these kids' HS teachers and even their college professors don't tend to focus on the fact that in the LONG run, "From each according to their ability and to each according to their needs" results in a society with very few people with much ability and a WHOLE lot of people with a WHOLE lot of needs.

Trump got shredded last night by Fiorina. He is done. I knew those comments would come back to haunt him as other candidates ganged up on him as well. It was great entertainment for sure. Cruz looked strong, Carson a tad soft, and Fiorina en Fuego.

I'm not sure a Trump supporter will care. Fiorina had a good night, as did Chris Christie and Marco Rubio. We'll have to see.

If that is your party .....I feel for you. I tried to watch but the ignorance of trump and the others really was horrible. Rick Santorum was in my opinion the best last night with true passion. He kept it real thats for sure. Im a strong Dem but I am going to donate to his camp.

Rand Paul: Too small
Christie: no trust
Kasich: BLAH!
Cruz: Ross Perot
Walker: Plastic
Fiorina: Pees standing up
Trump: Chump
Jeb: Pot smoker
Rubio: "Did I tell you my dad was a truck driver?"
Carson: Too soft

I'll take a Jeb/Fiorina ticket or a Rubio/Carson combo with a Coke please.

Fiorina had a great night. Trump got smoked and someone needs to check Christie's cholesterol. Rubio, yes.
