The name Gerald Embry sounds so familiar?? Did he coach basketball for Troy at some point? I feel like he was a Freshman coach...??

One thing's for sure, DPS schools combined will always have more state championships than any GWOC school, always and forever and add the upcoming MVL too!

But hey, maybe you guys can add more conference banners, wasn't that the reason for starting the MVL?,,,,, That is more important right? Especially for class reunions?

OH! you guys are the laughing stock especially in basketball!

That's thinking out the box as well with Embry. Great guy, paid his dues and coached at Troy for several years. Kopp would be a good hire too, young, good system and kids seem to like playing for him. Kopp nor Embry can't do any worse than what's been there. Again, they need a culture change.

Interesting job posting on the OHSAA's website. They "ideally" want somebody with 3-5 years of varsity experience and that will be a district employee. Only taking resumes for a week, and they only have a few positions listed as available for next school year.

Pretty clearly indicates to me that they already know who's getting the job, whether it's a current employee (Kopp or the girls coach) or somebody that they've reached out to.

In the topic of banners, here is a few the DPS forgot to hang:
1) 2017: State champions: lie and throwing football games. OHSAA Scandal
2) 1801 - 2019: State Champion F rated districts
3) 1801 - 2019: State Most awful sports not including basketball or football
4) 2019- National Champion: Incompetent AD and Administration

But hey congrats on your awesome basketball.

I seen the job posting and the link to jobs in the district. All openings are relative to those who they may have interest in. I do not know what Kopp teaches but the girls coach is an intervention specialist.

Ok typical retort, change the narrative to fit you're argument that's fine but hey through all that Centerville still has no playoff wins in over 25 years and the city still has more state championships and playoff wins than Centerville and GWOC will ever have from 1801-2019!

BTW, you should have a district grade, you only have one high school in the district, almost all city schools in America have bad test scores compared to surburban schools, more kids bigger districts, different demographics....:

Right, my bad. DPS arrow is trending up..wayyyyyyy up. Solid leaders, fiscal responsibility etc etc. Were all moving there, tomorrow.

And why on the earth did you bring up Centerville? What do they have to do with anything?
