Browns ‘perfect season’ parade reaches fundraising goal

Kind of stupid if you ask me but what do I know...

Quote:
The Cleveland Browns “perfect season” parade quickly exceeded its fundraising goal.

Fan Chris McNeil started the parade Facebook event as a joke for the winless Browns. But after the team moved to 0-14 and McNeil met with Cleveland city officials, it may become a reality.

I hate this.

If there was a way to insult the front office without getting more sh1t on the players, that would be fine, but it doesn't work that way.

Chris McNeil is an idiot, and this is all about him - I've heard the arrogant little turd on the radio and I have no doubt of this fact.

I have even less respect for every no-talent loser in local media that has so little creativity in putting out their product that they need to give traction to this story. They have obviously never attempted to compete at a high level.

Anybody that gives a f__ about what is right should turn their back on this guy. I hope this McNeil gets his teeth knocked out.

The Browns have been a complete joke since their founding in 1999. Be perfect to have an 0-16 parade

I hope parade organizers give refunds, because the parade has been cancelled.

I wonder if Rivers wishes he had run a play instead of spiking the ball on first down? Had he run a play he may have had time to spike the ball and give his kicker time to set up normally for that time-ending tie try.
Oh well - are congratulations in order for the Browns?

McNeil donates the money to the Cleveland Food Bank. Over $8,000 was raised- $2,000 donated by a pizza company today when they learned it was going to the Food Bank.

Since you mentioned 1999, I'm sure you (especially) meant this version of the Browns. We all know what the issues have been. Nothing will change until ownership decides that is what they want (in addition to franchise appreciation).

Browns match the money raised for the parade. $20,000 will go to the Cleveland Food Bank.
