Never said that. but if your recruited by Michigan, Wisconsin, Tennessee, and etc. that is pretty darn close to top of the line. those schools are not mid major.

Best athlete in what sense? He won't play QB at the next level. He will more than likely be moved to WR. Quite honestly, I think west virginia and the big 12 style of play suits his talents. Being an "athlete" doesn't mean you are the best player in Ohio. In terms of measurables and level of play, josh myers is head and shoulders above Bowden. I'm not trying to be rude. Bowden is an excellent athlete, but the hype is getting a bit ridiculous.

Is there a handle on Josh Meyers' sack or are you just hanging on to the curlies when you swing?

Lynn Bowden is probably the best football player in the state of Ohio. Idc what scholarships you do or don't have. Warren is certainly impressive, as I saw him play this year as well. However, the things that Bowden did wih the ball cannot go unnoticed. Sure, Harding runs Q Counter and Q oz with him, so there are definitely designed opportunities. But, it's the broken plays that make him truly unique. He could move in and out of the pocket, and just out run guys, making it look easy. Also, his arm showed improvement. He's definitely NOT a stud QB, but I would think there is a possibility for him to be the Wildcat guy at whatever school he goes to.

I'd like to see him go to Kentucky with Hoban QB Danny Clark. Clark to Bowden would be nice.

, Clark to Bowden, who throws it back to Clark would be sweet

Like the Warren people aren't swinging from Bowden's nuts? He got humbled and it sounds like he needed it.

For your information, there is a lot of other people around Ohio that think Bowden is the best. So don't just say Warren people.

I don't see them unable to handle this kid not winning. Just you jokers. Get over it already.

Clearly. You are salty and can't admit it. After I saw the kid's post I was glad he lost. Sounds like a real winner.

I'm not a huge fan of OSU and not at all of Ala but any comment like that from me I'd know I'd left the cap unscrewed on the salt shaker. Good reasoning up to that point though.

What is so bad about admitting that you do not like Ohio St.? Sorry I just don't think they are the gods of college football, like a lot of other people think around here.

I never did see Michael Warren's offer list. Anyone have that? I'm assuming it's pretty impressive.

Currently Michigan is not anywhere near Ohio State in recruiting. No one in the Big Ten is. OSU has something like (6) five stars, only 1 other big ten has a five star, and it isn't Michigan. I would say Michigan is his best offer, and certainly nothing to be ashamed of, plus pretty much every other Big Ten school has offered him too.

He needs to lose the posse. OSU won't go anywhere near him as long as he keeps playing the role. Don't need him that bad.

Boston College and Rutgers are odd ones in the mix, far as I can tell. We send one to Iowa every few years so they have their eyes here. Iowa St is the former UToledo coach and he did a pretty good job of finding under-appreciated talent that's now in the NFL. Kentucky is former UT player Vince Morrow, who's pretty much offering everyone in Ohio and their Grandmothers. W. Mighigan is recruiting at mid level P5 levels.

He's being recruited at his position, Bowden isn't.

Do you see Bowden as more a down-field or a slot receiver? His speed, seems a waste in the slot.
