Frank Underwood has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Basically everything Sportshomer has said is factually wrong.

It's not like Brock O. was an upgrade other than his TD:INT ratio.

Manning was asked to manage the game, which he did perfectly in the playoffs given how great Denver was on the defensive side.

In seeing how it all transpired...the thing about Wiliams is much ado about nothing.

This team needs to make a push, and right now, to win a championship. The window is fairly narrow so its within the next 2 seasons, or back to the drawing board.
That is what makes Miller's retirement that more confusing ot me

William Gay will return.

no details on contract.

totally fine with this. he's been solid as a nickelback in this defense. has a propensity to make big plays.

Wheaton will either be traded or walk as a FA after the season. Coates takes Wheatons spot.

hearing that they are close to deals with Ramon Foster and Kelvin Beachum.

need to keep that O-line intact.

The finished a 3 year deal for Foster. Any deal with Beachum is likely a 1 year deal to see how he does

Not sure why you think it is a two year window. Roethlisberger likely has another 4-5 solid years. He hasn't shown any signs of slowing down. Has actually gotten better the last couple years. Add in young talent on offense in Brown, Bell, and Bryant plus the rising defense and this team can easily compete among the top teams for another 4-5 years. Theyre set up well to draft a young Qb in the next couple years who can learn under Ben and come right nto a good situation.

Sure Peyton had some neck issues but he was really good last year and pretty bad this year. That hill can hit anytime.

Peyton is also 39. Roethlisberger is 34. Sure the hill can hit anytime, but i don't think its likely. 4-5 years is probably the window. Even so, the team is set up for success even after Roethlisberger retires

The window is there as long as Roethlisberger plays well, and who knows how long he wants to continue. He may retire if he wins another SB next year.

Reports are that the Steelers are going to sign Ladarius Green. He played for SD last season.

Screw him. He's been my sleeper TE for like 3 years and never does jack. Naturally he's gonna destroy the Bengals. God damnit.

Hes big and athletic. Having him and Jesse James gives them a very solid duo at TE with a TON of upside.

Also, they should be able to keep Brown, Bell and Bryant for another round of contracts. Thats why Wheaton isn't going to be resigned and DHB was instead. Coates also costs next to nothing for 3 more seasons.
