Harden's assists will go down once Beverly comes back. But then again D'Antoni is the coach and he hates defense so maybe Beverly won't play.

I'll take Russ, but it would be cool to see Harden get the scoring and assist titles.

I think Russ is going to put up all time great numbers this year without Durant. Not sure if it'll get them in the playoffs though

OKC can sleepwalk until April and still make the playoffs

Russ has to be superman for them. They can hardly afford to sleepwalk in the West, like the Cavs can in the East. You swung and missed on this one

So you are saying that OKC is not one of the 8 best teams in the West? I guess time will tell

They are one of the 8 best teams. However that doesn't afford them the luxury of sleepwalking through the regular season. madge is failing hard

I'll say Harden. I just think Russ is going to have some kind of injury. He's playing too many minutes, and his game is the most violent of the 3. He goes full speed, coast to coast more than the others. Harden plays at a much more controlled pace, is a little older and knows how to draw fouls.

You made it so close. James Harden is about 9 months younger than Russell Westbrook. Westbrook is averaging 1.2 less minutes per game than Harden. The worst part is those two are the easiest to verify. It literally took me 30 seconds combined to Google both.

Thanks Jim, as you know, I mainly go by the eyeball test. And Westbrook runs sprints from baseline to baseline, and Harden tends to be more of a long distance runner, coasting and not creating so much violence in his game. I'll stick with my selection. Still feel Westbrook is due for some injuries in the coming months.

Westbrook. But none of their teams will be relevant in April. It's a shame because they are the only piece that their respective teams have.

Wut? Both teams are playoff bound assuming both stay healthy.

Playoffs yes. But relevant? Don't think so. Would be surprised if either team won a first rd matchup.
