Yeah I saw that, what an unreal dunk. Derozen has played really well this year.

That was a sick finish.

Kind of reminds me of what could have been had LBJ finished that dunk on Draymond in the NBA Finals two years ago

Warriors injuries are starting to pile up, I'm going to take the Rockets to win the championship this year. They are primed to win it all.

I think most of the Cavs fans would rather play Houston than Golden State.

Watching Markelle Fultz, he's rusty and his release is still a little slower than at Washington, but the form looks significantly better than earlier this season. If he can keep improving his jumpshot and get more comfortable you can tell he's going to be a heck of player.

Anyone else thinking Rockets/Cavs ? The Warriors injuries may be more significant than they are presented as.

Curry does so much to push the pace and create spacing. Another shot or two to Durant's ribs.....

I think the Cavs are 50/50 or worse to even get to the finals. They better worry about just getting to the eastern conf finals.
The Cavs are pretty easy to figure now. LeBron has to have GREAT games for them to win. In the past, he could sit back and facilitate more. He has to do 30-12-12 games for them to beat the average to bad teams in basketball. And teams will actually try to slow him down in the playoffs. The East is wide open this year.

Is there a stranger situation than Kawai Leonard in San Antonio? How many of us would have traded anyone on our roster for him two seasons ago? He's young, able to play both ends, is an excellent defender and at the time, kept quiet and didn't cause any issues.
He's done a 180 and no one really knows what's up with the guy? Just by time, he certainly should have been able to heal from what ever ailments he's had. Bizarre.

I think the Cavs are 95% or better to get to the Finals. They really don't need to worry about anyone, they even beat Toronto with 5 guys out with injury.
The Cavs are easy to figure out now, yet no one except the Warriors has been able to figure them out. He has never been a "sit back and facilitate more" guy. He's always needed to score for them to win. Last year he had exactly 1 playoff game with less than 25 points. That was the only game the Cavs lost during the EC playoffs. They lost 1 game through the first three rounds of the playoffs.

Great points Taco, but last year, they were winning games easily, this year, they struggle to beat mediocre teams. If it's possible, the defense has got worse.
Yes, the Cavs beat Toronto, but they shot 60% from 3 point land that game. That's not going to have 4 out of 7 games. Any of the top 6 in the east can make it to the finals this year.

The Cavs finished the 2016-17 on a 4 game losing streak, finished the last 25 games of the year at 11-14 and multiple wins were single digit wins against mediocre teams (7 point win against 42-40 Milwaukee, 5 point win over 43-39 Atlanta, 5 point win over 26-56 Lakers, 7 point win over the 36-46 Hornets, and a 5 point win in double overtime against the 42-40 Pacers). They then proceeded to lose 1 game to an Eastern Conference team in the entire playoffs. So no, they weren't winning games easily last year. It's actually the exact same scenario as last year. I'm shocked that you are factually incorrect, yet again.

Pretty funny listening to Reggie Miller abusing Dan Patrick's staff in a imitation of MJ busting Miller's balls on the court back in the day. A little bit worse than what Taco is doing to 14 itt....

I actually think it'll be Warriors/Raptors but I'll certainly be rooting for it to be Houston/Cleveland

Embid breaks his orbital bone on Fultz's repaired shoulder. Out 2 to 4 weeks.

Fultz doesn’t play all year and promptly take Embiid out for the playoffs. Worst #1 pick of all time?

Tough break, but just a freak accident. I think he'll be back closer to 2 weeks than 4.

I can't believe it took you a full 48 hours to think of a response and this is all you could come up with.

LeBron's back, Kevin Love's back. Kyrie and Hayward are out right now for the Celtics. Toronto has mostly the same roster. 76ers are too young. It's the same Cavs and same Eastern Conference.

No one in the East can beat the Cavs in a series, as long as the Cavs are healthy.

Except the Cavs are worse. Believe it or not, their defense is actually worse than last year. Love is brittle and they have to have a huge, huge night out of LeBron to win games, even against bad teams.

Cavs just beat Toronto a couple weeks ago and they get them again tonight so we'll see where they stand against the East's current #1 seed in a meaningful game in April.

Except they still have LeBron. Believe it or not, he's been to the Finals for like 8 years straight and that isn't changing this year. 27-10-6, which is right around his career average. But yeah, they need to have a huge, huge night out of LeBron to win games. Good call

Kyrie out for the season, going to be tough for the Celts to make a long run in the playoffs, but the Cavs get Lue back tonight, will that be positive or negative?

I realize you guys only watch programs that individualize the NBA. The Cavs/ Heat teams that LeBron has been a part of has been to 7 straight finals. It's incredibly irresponsible to claim that LeBron has been to all these finals as this is a team sport, not an individual. And just think LeBron only has one title if it's not for a Ray Allen shot and Kyrie Irving shot. What would you think if his highness then?

Cavs really fleeced the Celtics in that trade.

Currently Ante Zizic is the only guy playing from the deal on either team

Who is the one constant, and coincidentally best player in the world, for all 7 of those teams?

I realize you're a moron. There were 1,128 field goal attempts and 276 free throw attempts in 2013. There were 1,155 field goal attempts and 312 free throw attempts in 2016. It's incredibly irresponsible to claim that one shot by one player in each series won those titles as it is a team sport, not an individual. And just think without LeBron James:
-scoring 33 points in game 4 of 2013
-scoring 32 points in game 6 of 2013
-scoring 37 points in game 7 of 2013
-scoring 32 points in game 3 of 2016
-scoring 41 points and recording a triple double in game 5 of 2016
-scoring 41 points in game 6 of 2016
-scoring 27 points, recording a triple double, and blocking Iggy's shot that gave the Cavs the ball and Kyrie the opportunity to hit his 3 point shot
the Heat and Cavs would have one less title each. And to think without LeBron the Cavs would have 0 Finals appearances and 0 championships.
