Man, that is a good question. I give Springfield a slight edge, only because I think they are slightly older. But if the Rams won that would not be a shock at all. Both very high level teams.

I think the team that locks in better on the defensive end will win it. Again I go with Springfield more likely to do that.

Is this game going to be on a livestream, or on a radio station?

Rams have no bad losses, and destroyed Northmont. Seems like they will neutralize size advantage Springfield has. I like Trotwood tonight.

I dont think so. Sidney won the North and is a tough place to play. Plus Trotwood was without their head coach for most of the 2nd half. I think it was surprising but not a bad one at all. A bad loss would be to Butler or Stebbins. Sidney is decent team with a great player. I actually think some of their fans do not expect enough of them. They should be better.

I been trying to figure Sidney out,I know they have a good team but some of their losses leave me scratching my head, nothing against Sidney I just have Trotwood on a higher level then everyone else except maybe Springfield and Wayne on a good day.

Nine out of 10 Trotwood beats Sidney. But on that night they played extremely well and their superstar (Gordan) played great. The other sophomore played really well too (Roberts). But Trotwood did not play well, had foul trouble and heck the dang coach fainted and missed the whole second half. So yeah they got them that night and nobody from Trotwood has made any excuses about that game because if you were there you could see how tough that atmosphere was. Great game ans Sidney won fair and square!

With all that being said, I think the Sidney folks are being content with having a decent team with a good player.. I say, to heck with that. It's time for them kids to make something happen. They have the talent. To say they are too young is an excuse! This is not 1990 when having a bunch of Freshmen and Sophomores on varsity was almost unheard of. In this era it is almost the norm. I think Sidney has the talent to make it to at least a district championship but the problem is it seems like I might be the only one thinking that. Just sayin....

Let me know when you figure them out. Even I don't have a damn clue at this point either.

As for this game, it's a coin flip IMO. I wouldn't be comfortable picking either.

Great game! Great atmosphere. Springfield is good. They just ran into a team that was a little better tnight! Turned up the heat second half! Rams should make long tourny run.

Springfield had no size advantage though. Belew is as big as Taylor but more athletic. Everyone is about even.Trotwood is very good and they make you play at a speed your not use to playing at question is how long can you last

I agree cats. If anything the Rams really had an advantage across the board when Taylor and Moss (who plays even taller than he his) both got into foul trouble. But the real difference was the pace of the game. As athletic as the Cats are Trotwood is more so. Like I said in my game recap the Cats won't see anyone like this in the tourney. Hopefully both teams can make deep runs.

GO CATS!!!!!!!
