my guess OSU Go Bucks! The Osu room is really crowded at his weight right now, this is the con here, his pops wants him home we all know that, but what does Carson K want........ hmmmmmmmmmm stay tuned!

My totally useless prediction of the order of his choices, completely a guess

1. osu
2. oakie st.
3. NC state
4. Minny
5. Virginia

Okie St just gave (what I would assume to be a bit of) money to Balmaceda, Mastrogiovanni and Dustin Plott. Wonder if the money is still there for Kharchla.

I've always head Plott was going to Okie St though. Can't imaging Kharchla hadn't heard those same things.

I feel like Ohio State having a crowded room, may help their chances with a kid like
Kharchla. Also, I heard that academics are very important, so I definitely can’t see UVa being on the bottom of the list.

I’m also not convinced that the room is that crowded despite the bodies. I bet Kharcha has a good idea where he stands. I think he has spent a fair bit of time at the RTC.

I'd def put UVA near the top of the list...but that's a total guess...Also one would think the RTC would help OSU since Carson is loves him some freestyle...hmmmm...should be interesting...

I will say this - it has to be a tough thing to go through. A good problem? Sure. But every one of these coaches has a pretty compelling story. When John Smith or Cael Sanderson calls and wants to visit you? Or the pull of wrestling for the home town team? Or the academics that UVA offers? Etc, etc. I would imagine it is a really hard decision and it would be pretty tough to tell all but one of these guys no.

I can't imagine how tough it must be for a blue chip football or basketball athlete, with all of the resources there.

That is kinda what I am saying...letís just see how the process all plays out.

He has a lot of good options. Maybe he has already made up his mind, but he is smart enough and polite enough to hear everyone out before making his decision public. Heís a class act.

Why so serious? I've been posting here for years. The post is laced with my typical sarcasm and is clearly not to be taken seriously, only someone who is a complete tool would read it as a statement of fact. Congratulations, you're the winner!!

1 - NC State - Loves Popolizio and his approach

2 - Ohio State - Olympic/freestyle draw

3 - Penn State - late push

4 - Minnesota - Eggum's kid camps at Team Miron

5 - Okie ST - John Smith gets the last shot. Plott going 184

6 - Virginia - May follow Jed Moore's footsteps but longshot

No. Virginia All-American wrestler Jed Moore is a coach and mentor to Carson.

Sorta. He came to that one, but I doubt he comes back. I think the interest in MN has more to do with Schlatter than anything.

But Bulldog seems to have it pretty well covered. Must be a tough decision.

My posts are not in response to anything but my own idiocy. It comes naturally really. I’d like to thank the academy, the SAG, and the many fans who walk up to me on the street, asking for a photo with me. I can’t tell you the last time I’ve had a meal at a restaurant alone, undisturbed. There’s always a baby to kiss, a photo to take, something to sign.

Hey - I’m not complaining. I’m just trying to keep it G real. Some folks try to disrespect my hood or come up on me and run my fade; I usually don’t have time for that. But I got time today!

Again, just keeping it G real.

Carry on, folks.

good analysis, however i think the favorite is Ohio st with Wisc, NC state, Penn st and Ok st possible too. .....i also think Ohio st good chance off geting # 1 senior at 126 Adam Busiello from New York. Yes its true.

Both of the Schlatter boys also trained as youths/M.S. at Mirons, so there is a connection..lol

I don't think he ends up at Minnesota. OSU or Virginia. jmo
