Should Kevin McHale be able to work in the NBA after attending Trump Rally?

Quote:
Every time I think the far left wing in this country mixing sports and politics canít get any more insane ó they do.

Last night Donald Trump traveled to Duluth, Minnesota for a rally in that community. Trump, who lost the state of Minnesota by just 44,765 votes to Hillary Clinton out of nearly three million votes cast, spoke to over 9,000 at the rally. Among those in attendance? Legendary Boston Celtic player and former coach of the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Houston Rockets, Kevin McHale.

McHale wasnít on the stage or introduced by Trump, he was just in the crowd in the rally. The anti-Trump social media community dove into the photos of the rally and shared a picture of what appeared to be McHale in the crowd.

You can see that Tweet of the initial photograph here.

Are there people saying he should be banned from the NBA for this? Other than lunatic fringe people obviously.

McHale probably won't work in the NBA again, because he's 60 years old and has been fired from two coaching gigs, plus I'm not even sure he has an interest in returning.

I think he does broadcasting now. It’s still ridiculous how out of Control the Left has become. I think we’re at the point if it were Ryan or Kasich as Pres, you’d have the same complaints, but in smaller numbers.

Now supporting the President of the US is a fireable offense. Anyone think this is sane? (probably shouldn't have asked)

Trump is still holding rallies??? Sure does love adulation.

I agree ridiculous. As ridiculous as criticisms from the right towards Lebron James (shut up and dribble) and others for supporting Obama or Clinton. Something celebrities have to deal with I guess.

So I take it this is your first experience with American politics? You know where a sitting POTUS goes on the campaign trial during an election year. I know it may seem weird to someone ignorant of how politics works in the US but rest assured all the modern era presidents did this - even Obama!

You must have already forgotten obama's Greek-Temple ego, and his incessant use of "I" in every speech.

This just in. The NBPA (National Bridge Players Association) is looking for a word to replace the word "trump" to describe the dominant suit of cards in a bridge hand.

Here is the narrative Neopolitan. Celebs and sports stars are allowed to follow politicians if they choose. But if it's someone they don't like they throw a hissy fit and refuse to go to the White House and be recognized. I really don't understand the whole anti-Trump deal with pro athletes. You would think his tax breaks for the rich would be in their favor, but many just don't get it. They just have this notion that the white man is out to get them. It's not the 40's and 50's anymore. Jackie Robinson's era has been over for a long time and blacks enjoy huge success and adulation ( and money) from pro sports.
Not sure how backing Donald Trump is so awful for them. My guess is that in all of Trumps business ventures, he's helped alot of minorites more than anyone ever knows.

There are ppl calling him a Nazi sympathizer, racist, homophone, etc. Iíve seen ppl try to justify firing him bc Kaepernick lost his job for being politically active.

So he is being Trump Rally-shamed.

The psychosis on the left is reaching epic proportion.

Too bad McHale wasn't wearing a MAGA hat.

Lol Yappi has done a tremendous job here creating fake outrage. Really the news here is that there are morons on twitter, and apparently that's enough to write an article about it.

Pay attention to newspapers and internet media? They write stories based solely on Twitter and Facebook comments all the time.

difference betwee a conservative and a liberal, while a conservative may not agree with alot of demcrats views....they don't feel that it is important to want to harm the liberal....more and more as seen by idiots like Maxine Waters, liberals feel the need to GET IN CONSERVATIVES FACES....it is gettig out of hand, and is being stirred up everyday by ALL the media outlets...including FOX....but the LIberals have so many MEDIA outlets(nbc, abc, cbs, CNN, Msnbc, NYtimes, Washington Post< NPR, HOLLYWOOD( Deniro, peter FONDA etc. including EVERY awards show)) its going to get scary...

You may be right. But the differnce is the Republican Party is known for being a Party that supports Racism and non compasion. Its hard to determine the percentage of racist on the right. But until the Republicans that aren't racist step up and do some5hing about it, the majority of African Americans will never support the Republican Party.

I think those are just labels that you put on them. I do agree that racists are mostly Republican but most Republicans are not racist. Being "non-compassion" seems to be perspective. Growing up, you may have thought some parents were over-protective or strict. As you got older, you realized that they were great parents that helped their kids turn into great adults.
