Gilmour punches its ticket into the 2nd round by taking the matinee over Crestview by a score of 43-21.

I thought Gilmour's schedule would catch up with them, but CJ Charleston is that good. The Lancers await the winner of Orrville-Tuslaw.

Agree! I felt the same way, I really thought the Rebels schedule gave them a huge advantage. But I was really impressed with #13 of Gilmour. Maybe the fastest RB the Rebels saw this year.

Labrae has speed all over and should be able to slow down Manchester’s RB. They’re dynamic on offense that keeps you unbalanced, also played Girard down to the last possession. Also wouldn’t get beaten by a team like cvca by 3 scores. Turnovers will be a big key, but if labrae doesn’t turn it over I see them pulling away in the second half.

For everyone's info. Labrae does have speed everywhere. But their starting Qb is out along with the center and safety. So their offense is not the same. Defense will keep them in it but I don't see them winning.

21, that's too bad about their injuries. I ask you also. Have you seen Manchester play?

That fool hasn't seen anyone play that he talks about. His team (Struthers) didn't even make the playoffs so he swings from the nuts of any Y-Town area team.

Manchester will put a running clock up on Lebrea this week. Ive seen both teams play and it won't be close. If I didn't think this game would be a blow out I would grab my teamrobbie hoodie and go support our conference rival Panthers.

I have not seen Manchester play this year. I know they have a couple of really great players but Labrae does also. They are going to rely on the running game and defense. If it's not enough it's just not

That is a darn shame they lost Wolford. I went to the Girard/LaBrae game, and never remembered him getting hurt in that game

Wright from Manchester is elite. Labrae has good team speed but I'm afraid that the injuries might catch up with them. I can see this one being very close and going either way.

Regardless of the yappi fodder I see a Manchester/Orville regional final. Both games could go either way but I just don't think so.

123, thanks for the vote of confidence.

I might be smelling some misinformation here. Did these 3 guys get hurt in the game or at practice this week? Losing your QB, Center and Safety is like losing your Catcher, SS and CF. I guess we'll find out who's correct and who's telling the truth Saturday. I just hope Our OC & DC continue to actually come up with a game plan that works.

I give the kid a lot of credit, for trying to play through the injury, the rest of the game. Those conditions that night were bad for throwing the football also. But no,did not know he got hurt that early in that game

LaBrae
Manchester
Orrville
Gilmour

All good teams.

Sorry guys.
Just don't see a clear cut favorite outta these 4.
They all have a chance.
It seems easy to look at schedules and scores but it's not that simple.
There are many different factors at work here such as the injury factor mentioned earlier.
Now I see there is snow in the forecast for one of these games Saturday night.
Each team has enough guys to get the job done.

I don't make score predictions but we will see how it turns out.

He has bad info. Same starting 5 linemen from game 1. QB is in a cast but is he playing from what I can gather. Freshman dB/rb did get hurt at end of first playoff game but hardly a lame duck team. As long as 81, 80, 20? and that 66 play they got a shot.

Wolford is not playing QB though, which changes their offense. He is one of the best passing QB's in the region
