You are correct. I will fix. Thanks

No problem. Thanks for getting back. Another question for you. I see the week 1 game with Eds at Pine Richland is scheduled for Saturday, not Friday. That is surprising to me. Is it for sure on Saturday, and do you know what time that is scheduled? Thanks.

Perhaps that depends if ESPN is involved again. The game could end up on Friday night, I don't know yet.

That makes sense. I doubt ESPN would cover that game again. But you never know. Also typically the WPIAL plays Friday nights. I'm hoping it's Friday, so I can go to that and then Saturday has some teams that are doing Kick-off classics where a High School hosts a sweet doubleheader and I could go see a good doubleheader somewhere. How is Eds going to be at QB this upcoming season?

That's a bit out of the ordinary. Is this a one year deal, or will Picktown Central be making a trip to Warren the following season?

In 2016, there were two 'events' in WPIAL country. A doubleheader at New Castle and a tripleheader at North Allegheny. Both were on Saturdays. At least the New Castle doubleheader I attended seemed to be well-received. I'd hope they'd do something again.

Dunno, but Elder is available. You could forfeit now and beat the rush!

Of course , if you have an open date the tiny talent demo deprived little engine that could Bishop Hartley program the ultimate great American story of incredible overacheivers , may be Hoban just slightly larger than your tiny one parish undersized weak white kid school is, is an option ?

HMM you can also forfeit and may be flex your non existent strawman muscles when you put down that stud horse Jack Alder for the fifth time in a row circa 2021 lmao

We already got East Cleveland Shaw at home. Got Hoban during some down years. Know nothing about Shaw, but I did have to take the right turn out of Case Western a couple of times. Didn't look like farmers in them thar parts. Gimme the scouting report. Little less Madison Avenue Mad Man and a little more Meathead. This is Cleveland we're talking about.

Hey. Ed's is open, too. Tell Crabby to go for it. He's ahead on recruiting violations, so it could be a close one.

yeah braddy Burchtree is a patron Saint , never has the great man told a kid to tell his " FRIENDS" err " COUSINS " ERR friend of a friend , ummm do you know anyone who may know someone who can run ?

Hmm it seems to me that the Hartley family has told everyone that the great family values salt of the earth people has been in place for decades , hmmm if so and if that is the reason for your great success were you mediocre for YEARS? Seems to me this great run has so coincidentally , coincided with an influx of big fast nasty , powerful " PLAYAZZZ" suddenly enrolling at the great family values beacon of the community one parish tiny little school .

Nothing has changed in 20 years I have heard from Hartley homers , oh unless you count the demo's size and speed that has come through the front door and out the back door to go to practice that is

Week 1 is the only week the WPIAL has openings. From week 2 on are all WPIAL league games. Also PA classes are 6A-5A-4A-3A-2A-1A. 6A would be Ohios Division I.

Yes I just meant the top division, but I think they also only play 9 games and start a week later also ?

Yes. That is why I'm hoping week 1 St. Eds at Pine Richland is on Friday. Then I can go to one of those or I also hear that Erie McDowell is looking to host a 2 game doubleheader week 1 on Saturday. Rumor is Ignatius vs. a possible team from Maryland, Then McDowell would play in game 2 vs. unknown opponent.

Last year the WPIAL and Ohio started the same weeks. Week 1 in PA was the same week 1 in Ohio. Pine Richland played St. Eds, Olentangy Liberty played at North Allegheny, Huber Hts. Wayne played Archbishop Wood (game ended early due to lightning as a tie). But PA's state final games are 1 week after Ohio's.

Dude. This is a D1 thread. Try to stay on topic. Even in Hoser's fantasy world, they'll never go above D2.

How about GlenOak? Very nice facility. Almost your kind of neighborhood. Decent L2s to be had there.

Massillon Jackson? Couple wrong turns and you could pretend The Rocks were going to state championship game. They lost to a D5 Catholic this season. So good matchup for your guys.

Brunswick? Nice drive. Got a buddy who runs a steel company up there. They might be what you're looking for. Fresh meat. You could talk them up for a week like you did with Springfield last season. They're good for 3-4 wins every year.

Olentangy Liberty? Nice short drive. You could have them call in some grapplers and teach your guys how to lift.

Westy Central is relatively close - and probably outside your normal recruiting orbit geographically and socioeconomically.

Lancaster? In your region but not on your schedule. They need a home game around then lest the sewage start overflowing. They run a Wing-T. Good prep in case you ever play the local DIV champ in your parts.

Just sayin'. You've got options.

Dude? , One thing is clear , you seem to bring up money a lot and what is your main beef with the Dublin Community exactly ?

I mean I know it drives you absolutely crazy to have the opinion that Hartley has better players than the teams they have to beat EVERYT YEAR to get into the state semi's a 44-17 aggregate winning margin over the last 6 years in your region{s} that you have beaten up the publics and still can't admit to even a sliver of an inherent competitive advantage .

I mean you fashion yourself some kind of intellectually superior DUDE , yet can't even decipher those raw numbers and surmise that may be , just may be you have it pretty easy from a competitive vantage point.

Anyway , yeah those wrestlers from all corners of the state are a great American Success story , didn't Mattox want to go there or was there at one time as well ? Talking about money , they throw a ton of money for their own wrestling facility and kids flock there like it's wrestling mecca but Coffman is the big recruiting school ? You seem to have a chip n your shoulder about communities that have a bit of dough, but Liberty is off limits lol ?

I am sure they figure it out , and you'll have more area to disparage a community for some odd reason . Remember Hartley is a program I am record as saying is great really nice speed and athletic kids that I have seen up close a few times, very impressive, you see I only argue that they are too good for the region they play in and there is a real competitive imbalance in that REGION OR THE REGIONS THEY HAVE PLAYED IN

I am attesting to your strength, you belittle a community that you don;'t like for some reason with no real explanation for . I don't even know where Hartley is DUDE , and dont'; really care who they beat up each year on their way to their 7th straight State Semi or whatever it is .

And what is your goonish obsession with lifting or your take that Coffman kids don't lift ? Using Mike Adams a professional player as an example is getting old DUDE {SMH} statute of limitations has run out on that one .

So what kid or kids are you going to pick on and disparage next as kids who you deem not tough enough or don't lift hard enough ?

Yeah the Hartley regional title or more success every year secret is lifting harder than those farm boys huh ? Crock of sheet

According to Schedulestar, Brunswick is no longer playing Uniontown Green and is instead playing Cleveland Collinwood week 3.

I noticed the game on 10/14 between Moeller and St. Ignatius is listed AT St. Ignatius. Is that accurate, or is that the game they play every year at Otterbein?

Thanks for clearing that up. Was hoping it was at Byers. Wonder why they play that game there every year as opposed to a home and home series. Can't be travel reasons. If your at home 1 year, then travel the next year, it has to be about the same travel. 1 trip every 2 years vs. 2 trips every 2 years. I don't get it.
