Women's update:
The women won two medals today- Sarah Hildebrandt won silver and Mallory Velte won bronze. The women's team ends with four medals (1 gold, 1 silver, 2 bronze), and total Team USA has 11. The women's team also finished in 3rd place- their 5th straight top 3 finish.

Greco update:
Not good. Four wrestlers. Four losses. Nobody brought back. Might be looking at a coaching switch if someone like G'Angelo Hancock or Kamal Bey don't come through with a medal.

Greco update:

Adam Coon might have saved Matt Lindland's job today, making the World finals with four pins. He will wrestle Semenov (Russia, Olympic bronze medalist and U23 champ). 130kg was kind of absurd. On the top half of the bracket:

- Riza Kayaalp, Turkey, 3x World champ and 9x straight world medalist
- Heiki Nabi, Estonia, 2x World champ and 5x World medalist
- Yasmani Acosta Fernandez, Chile, 2017 World bronze
- Sergey Semenov, 2x Junior world champ, U23 champ, Olympic bronze
- Zviadi Pataridze, Georgia, 2x Cadet and 3x Junior world champ
- Oscar Pino Hinds, Cuba, 2017 World bronze

Nabi beat Kayaalp, then beat Acosta Fernandez. Pino Hinds beat Pataridze, but then lost to Semenov. In the semis, Semenov beat Nabi 2-0; Kayaalp won't medal for the first time in 9 years!

Kamal Bey picked up two wins today for the USA before falling in the semis, and G'Angelo Hancock lost in his first match.

In the bottom with Coon...

"Rafal Krajewski of Poland, who was 10th in the 2018 European Championships...Also in Coon’s half-bracket are , Eduard Popp of Germany, who was fifth at the 2016 Olympic Games, Alin Alexuc-Ciurariu of Romania, who was fifth at the 2016 Olympic Games."

Gwiz was handed a similar gift but failed to make it to the finals. Coon has taken advantage of his gift, altho 5th in the Olympics isn't bad - just not as tough as the dudes in the top bracket. Good luck Adam. He's up in a few minutes.
