You forgot the most important qualification. A back-up QB has to have a reasonable expectation of being able to execute >65% (more or less?) of the playbook. Kaep does not meet that one.

That's possible, but if he doesn't pull the shenanigans he did last year, he's on a team right now, flat out. He's simply not good enough for the sideshow he brings. And I don't blame teams for not bringing him in, he did it to himself.

For anyone else, I may not have felt the need to put that fine a point on it. Given that this, from YOU, is the original post of this thread -

AND that the persistent and idiotic group-think that the reason Kaep is unsigned is that he is being systematically black-balled over his National Anthem histrionics last year still remains, I made that post.

cabez ignores any post asking for the figures Kaep was asking for, and any post pointing out that he voted for Obama twice

cabe isn't a social liberal but voted twice for one of the most socially liberal candidates ever and has stated he believes sugar consumption should be government regulated

Completely off topic, but sugar consumption being regulated isn't that dumb.

Agreed. We definitely need more of the government protecting people from themselves.

Sugar kills more people than most illegal drugs.

Agreed. We should mirror the successful war on drugs in as many areas as possible.

I actually believe all drugs should be made legal which completely contradicts regulating sugar, so your point is valid.
Two things to completely change and reshape our society for the better: make drugs legal and pre-approval required for all pregnancies. You want a kid? Apply and prove you can support it yourself. Have more than one without pre-approval and.....

It's official - Kaep has panicked, AND he sucks.
https://www.si.com/nfl/2017/10/15/co...it-against-nfl
These guys aren't going to throw any go-away money at this goof. I'm thinking all he's doing is taking "attention whore" to new heights.
Anyone thinking that the 49ers are geniuses for getting him to opt out of his final year of guaranteed money ? He thought he was going to start somewhere ?
I can't see him proving collusion, unless some GM left his phone open somewhere or forwarded something to the wrong place.
Any chance Green Bay signs him ? Or would have had he not filed this suit ?

Dallas should hire him just so they can fire him for not standing.

^i do t think so. A couple things come to mind.
Has Collin been practicing?
How long will it take to get Collin familiar with the offense?
Anything longer than 3 weeks is a bust.

Nobody wants him because of the drama, and good luck proving it in court. Just silliness. If there is one team in the NFL that would have the least amount of interest in signing him, it's the Packers.

To the point of San Fransisco, not geniuses but a smart move
No way Green Bay signs him. Id just assume tank the season from here on out for better draft picks

I think Green Bay makes a call to Romo(grew up in Wisconsin) but if he says he's staying retired, they mail it in.

Hundley is worth playing. I don't think they'll bring anyone in to start
