Fastest Pin...

What is the fastest pin you have ever seen? (Not what the clock read either, what was the legit time it took)

Fastest Pin...

I had a school record at 6 seconds and Paul Gryniuk called his shot right before the match, and told me he was gonna beat it right here. 5 seconds

7 sec. That's what the clock read at least. It was more like 4 or 5. The red was on the opposite side and by the time he realized what was going on and got around to call it a couple secs ran off. It was this year lakeside 220 vs shaker hits 220

I called one in 5 seconds a few years ago at Beachwood in their early season Bison Classic. The coach from Fairview remarked that he was amazed that I could get in position that fast. I told him that it was just really lucky that I was falling down the proper direction. All a matter of luck.

I see that they have that listed....I would like to see the video. Not sure how you can get a pin that fast with the required 2 second count for the fall itself.

Theres a video out there for Zane Nelson. I saw it happen. Watch, post and discuss. The refs and table workers were supposedly warned and ready for lightening to strike.

1999 DII Heavyweight final: Tim Anderson (Clyde) had a :13 pin over Keith Dawson (Wellington). I didn't see it. Almost the entire town of Clyde saw it or heard of it!!

Our school record for fastest pin was :06 until this year.

Our HVY pinned a kid in 5.8 seconds (video footage) in a dual. The clock read :05, but it was questionable, but later confirmed from film. I told the kid he had to win his next match and we would give him the school record of :05. He had to beat a kid he was 0-2 against the previous year. He ended up winning 6-3.

I had a 5 second pin as a wrestler...coached a kid with a 6 second pin...not sure how you can get anything under a 4 though...that's seems impossible (maybe 3.5).

Whistle blown and takedown would take at least 2 seconds....pin 2 seconds..total 4.

That video shows it's possible. I saw a match that looked like 2 seconds. The ref looked surprised and was late getting down. Before you ask how that's possible. The whistle was blown and the wrestler got hit with a head and heel to his back in a blink of an eye.

For some reason I'm thinking the wrestler that hit the move was one of the Root brothers.

That is the :03 sec. Zane Nelson. Call it a slow clock operater? Idk, but that was listed as :03 sec. I saw it on the clock personally.
