Perfect! Except that it's going to be:
Rocky River
Sheridan
Lexington
Woodridge

Although I never count out Lexington or Woodridge.

I will call it this way;
1. Lexington, it was River, but Mueller is back in form.
2. Rocky River, I had them first all year, until the Tiffin Regional race.
3. Woodridge, it's state, the cream rises.
4. One of the fast course milesplit pretenders to the throne.

there is no way that the SW teams all finish that low.

Yes they will... Not very strong...Maybe even slotted too high on the list.

Have to tip your hat to Lexington's #5. I looked at it for a year and honestly thought that Lex could go 1,2,3 in the team standings and it would come down to their #5. It did and he came through big time.

CoventryTrackXCguy is an unknown quantity at this point
I believe that this is the third year straight that the state crown was won by both the boys and girls of the same team in division 2. My question is, does a schools boys xc program benefit somehow from a strong girls team, and vice versa? Or is these last 3 years just a shear coincidence?

It depends on how the teams are structured and how much interaction they have with each other. Jeff Howard coaches both boys and girls at Woodridge, so there's no doubt they feed off of each other's performances or lack of performance. 13 straight years of qualifying both the boys and girls teams to state is hardly a coincidence, IMHO.

Some boys and girls teams are coached by 2 different people and don't even attend many of the same meets. In that situation, one gender's performance probably has less effect on the other gender. When I ran in HS, I don't recall paying that much attention to what the girls did in practice or in races. We had separate coaches who did things rather differently.

Another rare case is where one gender benefits from the other not being so good. Maybe your girls program doesn't work so hard or is lax in its pre-workout and pre-race preparations. The boys program could see that and decide they don't want to be like that and do the work and other preparations that lead them to the success that is eluding the girls.

IIRC, this marks the 6th time in history that 1 school has claimed both boys and girls state XC team titles in the same season:
1997 - Field swept DII
2002 - Hilliard Davidson swept DI (very impressive, IMHO)
2005 - Salem swept DII (also, Salem boys won in '04 while Salem girls won in '06)
2015 - Lexington swept DII
2016 - Woodridge swept DII
2017 - Lexington sweeps DII for the 2nd time.

I have found that its actually harder to put both teams in the state race. One coach and 2 teams. Spreads you thin.

That’s almost impossible to do at the D1 level. But, very possible at D2/D3"...SVSM,Woodridge, and Gilmour have one head coach for both programs.. in track we have two separate coaches...but, coach them together...

I'm surprised psycho_dad didn't accost me for my mistake. It was actually '05 that Salem swept DII. Boys won in '04, and girls won in '06.

I believe in all cases where the teams swept the titles, they had the same head coach for both genders.

It was corrected before I could say anything. I looked at it and thought, "Is that right?" Looked again and it was correct. I thought I just read it wrong the first time. I get all confused some years because Woodridge Girls were D2 then D3 then D2 and I also remember things from when either I graduated or my children graduated, but I mess up sometimes because I forget that CC is a different year than track and field. Math is hard.

$V$M, Woodridge and Shelby bring back very strong teams. Sheridan brings back a pretty good team, but not quite at the same level yet. Bay doesn't lose much, but they are already behind what the top 3 brings back.
