2018 Louisville Leopards

Now that football is in the books and Basketball has kicked in what are the Leopards looking at this year? Last go round in the NBC and traditionally the out of conference schedule has been full of big boys. I know this year they are @McKinley, @Hoover, @Massillon, and have Fitch again, all pretty early in the year of the schedule remains the same from last year with home and home games.

The loss of Mathie at PG is gonna hurt so the question becomes who steps into that role. They should have a bunch of young talent coming I think. Just started really following hoops again 5-6 years ago with my son being young still I don't know all the kids coming back. If i remember from the games last year they had a bunch of young players (Soph and Freshman) who got good experience at the varsity level which should help this year. Thoughts?

Probably will be in NBC title race with Alliance. The Leps return something like 9 letterman I believe. Losing Mathie will hurt, will he return this season or is he out for the year? Leopards also had a very talented JV team last year!

High expectations in Louisville with so much talent coming back. Only lost 2 seniors.

Unfortunately, one of those seniors is the career scoring leader in Louisville History! This years' team is talented. If they can play as a team...they'll win some games.

Heard Mathie might be available mid January ( + or - a week)?
