Jayne Fonda the latest "I knew" hypocrit. Had the sense to out herself, preemptive defense, no doubt. Now who are the hypocrits that knew she knew and didn't say anything?
There is a chance it was a stray finger Then it might simply be the less-egregious pat on the bum. If he didn't demonstrate commitment, we'll never know....
.....butt on the other hand, if he went for the bowling ball grip......
Lol nice. Everything I've seen so far from the Vegas Knights franchise has been awesome. Did you see their tribute to first responders at their first home game? Pretty cool.
Yes they have done just about everything right so far, from winning games to having a great twitter account, and then the opening night ceremonies and emotional win were great. Perfect way to get people on the bandwagon.
Ok, I'm going to draw a parallel to compare these charges of sexual misconduct and former pro football players claiming CTE. Now please, I'm not saying these are the same level of infraction or anything like that, just stick with me.
So you now have a group of actresses/ producers etc, who "slept their way into the industry", some probably made millions became fameous...who now, decades later are crying foul to Weinstein. Again, I'm not condoning this, just saying how this appears.
Meanwhile, you have former football players, most who've played football since they were kids, knew or should have know the risks of a full contact sport like football. Many of now who made a career, made alot of money in football, who now are blaming the NFL and want money???
At what point to people take responsibility for their actions?? I mean if you're 25 years old and want to get into Hollywood, you have a choice to sleep with Weinstein, thinking it may help your career, or tell him to pound sand. There is not data to state which is the best way to go. And why not, back when it happened, call him out???
Apparently it's a line from the movie Ted. Their twitter guy is deeply misogynistic and must be beaten to death with a pole, I guess.
The fact the guy kept tweeting after the SJWs went off is awesome. 90% of the posters complaining in the feed probably have never seen a hockey game in their life.
From what I've gathered, most of the women who've come forward have described sexual harassment that they rejected. I haven't heard many saying they slept with him to further their careers(though I'm sure many did.)
So as usual, I have no clue what 14red is talking about.

The list I would rather see is who gave Harvey the happy ending to get to the top. I wonder who is on that one...
Check out the banter at the 14:00 mark of this interview:

My point is how can supposedly educated people go into something knowing full well what the score is and the down side....yet when the downside occurs...NOW you're going to complain and make a money grab??? Certainly you see this, don't you???
If you play in the street, you may get hit by a car...

So you feel there should be an expectation that if you want to be an actress you have to sleep with a sleazy producer? And that it's hypocritical to complain about it or make it public?
I think you missed Neo's post 14Red. It seems as if every woman who has come out so far rejected the sexual advances of Weinstein. Why wouldn't they have a right to complain?

I think there should be an expectation that the complaint come in a timely manner, like BEFORE said actress (and actors and politicos and other hangers on) gets rich and famous by putting up with that nonsense.

How is this any different than the situation at Fox News with the grabby old men? All these guys ( Harvey, Trump, Cosby, O'Reilly, Ailes, Clinton, etc) use their power to try to coerce women to succumb to their "charm." But now, the women are fighting back. This is just the beginning:
Lots of good stuff from both sides (including in this thread) that I've read about this situation. But this one I came across earlier tonight has been the most powerful and authentic. Definitely worth your time:
