Boys' 100m - All-Time - sub 10.60

Here's an early listing of sub 10.60 performers with all 10.55 or better runs. Legal wind, of course. Red indicates missing data or non-verified as yet, but according to historical records, should be verifiable. I'll do a set of men's data more thoroughly after I complete the ladies. This is just a teaser.

As always, additions/corrections welcome.

Lancermania,

Looking at the times from both of those semi-finals, I note that they ALL have "0" in the 2nd decimal place to the right of the period. That indicates to me that both those semifinals were manually timed. I'm not going to put that performance on the list, but given he ran a hand-timed 10.5, I'll be on the lookout for more performances by him. I'm giving thought to extending the list to performers to 10.65 seconds.

Thank you. Interestingly, both boys ran faster in the prelims AGAINST a headwind vs. a tailwind in the final.

I have updated the 100m list with information from Lancermania. I am leaving Barrison's 10.55 mark in red type as I can't find any supporting information from any of Dyestat rankings lists from 2002 listing Barris' time as making their legal listings. I haven't removed his mark, yet, but may in the future if I can't find it on any legal listings by nationally recognized listings.

Why isn't it enough that Craig Whitmore put it on his all time boys list as soon as it occurred?

Not sure why Dyestat is so important that it trumps everything.
I know it's listed as the DII record. I'm looking for back-up info. The only thing I note is that the meet results list the final as 10.77 nwi. My guess is yes, they had a wind gauge and that it was legal, but I'm just looking for back-up info. You'll note I have left it on the list. I've done the same thing with other marks as well in a similar situation.
