While Philo is obviously loaded with club team talent...but this is a phenomenal tournament for school based teams in SW Ohio. we have sent our Jr. High team to Philo in the past, but with this economy we are no longer allowed to go...so we have been working hard to build a killer tournament that we host.

If you are interested in getting into this event next year...email the Jr. School A.D. mark.meibers@southwestschools.org

We would LOVE to add a Columbus based team or 2 to really round this field out.

TWO tournaments at the same time. You can have both your A and B team competing at the same place and same time. This is great for wresters and parents...what a great way to build entusiasm for your program. Great awards for both divisions.. Venue is 2nd to none! tournament will be well run.

The list of teams is impressive!!! Always looking to make it tougher.

Great job by the Harrison Staff! Running A and B team tournaments at the same time. It was announced there were over 1300 matches during the 2 days and all ran smoothly and finals were over by 6:00pm Saturday.
Congrats to Blennerhasset, Wva who came out on top with a solid team from top to bottom.
Mason, Fairfield, Centerville and Beavercreek round out the top 5, I believe.
80-122 MOW - Andrew Sams, Fairfield
128-Hwy MOW - Bo McIntosh, Harrison

Some great matches all weekend and some great finals as well.

Results???

Sounds like it was a great tournament. Would love to see the brackets. Kind of surprised Mason passed Fairfield. If someone could would you please post the final placers at the least?

Mason is very solid. Did not mean to sound negative towards mason. . Have seen them both this year and thought they are both very good. Better than us that is for sure. I had heard Fairfield had beat them twice already this year. That was my thinking. Fairfield definitely has some hammers. Guys that are going to get to the finals and win. Mason seemed to have guys every where that would place. But not always 1 or 2. Again both great programs. Nothing but the utmost respect for both programs.
