Not looking for the best organizations....but wondering, who are the best coaches? What makes them the best coaches?

I'll leave out anyone coaching as a HS or HS Assistant and just look at folks that coach AAU. Here are two that stand out to me.

Charles Williams (Midwest Takeover) is one of the best if your daughter wants to be pushed to do things they never thought they could do. Coaches hard and demands peak effort from his girls.

Xavier Sanders (Angles) Coaches hard, also pushes girls to be their best. A little unconventional sometimes, suicides during timeouts for example, but has the girls best interest in mind at all times.

Are there any that are also High School Coaches out there? Not that it matters for my daughter, but maybe? She's young, but the leader of an organization matters.

Cincy Angels is best coached AAU program hands down in Cincy. Go to the website and look at the credentials of all the coaches. Did i forget to say they dont even charge your kid to play, and furnish ALL shoes and unifroms as well. This is the 6th grade coach.....enough said

The Cincinnati Tigers were always well coached when played against them in two different age groups. Heat and finest are considered premier programs but feel like they let the machine of the program get in the way of having solid, well coached teams. Fishy more interested in making big bucks on tournaments than developing talent. Swish and Midwest express have hit or miss good coaches/teams. Angels are the gold standard- excellent training, coaches, expenses paid.

What are we basing this on who's the best recruiter or on what these coaches do with the talent they have

Dating myself, but I'm sure we all remember when Sherwin Anderson of the Shining Stars would always make his girls do suicides at a timeout, but he was a good basketball coach

I think Tommie McBride is the best because he takes the kids thru the process
Xavier Sanders is also real good I have watched him build his team into one of the best just hate that he went to the angels now I guess they can take credit for these kids too
