I like the Vikings playing this game, good measuring stick vs team with D 1 players.

A week ago I would have Princeton winning this game by 10 or more. But the way they played on Saturday was a eye opener. 24 turnovers to 6 for PN and the Vikes outrebounded PN by 10 or more and still lost by double figures

Prove me wrong Vikings

It is better to find out your weaknesses during the season than in the tournament!

I see the kid Romeo averages 30+ ppg. Has anyone seen this young man play. And if so does Princeton have a player who can guard him? or will they zone him?

I have seen him play in a summer game. The kid can flat out score at will and is calm and smooth with his game. You would think Darweshi Hunter or Pierce will guard him. New Albany is the #3 team in Indiana 4A, but they depend on Langford a lot to take over games. The one team that beat them this year let Langford get his and slowed down the rest of the team. I could be wrong but I think Princeton will have the size advantage and they will have the advantage with guard play and at wing. Big test for the Vikes

Can't do anything about league schedule but Harrison, Talawanda, Lebanon, yes a bit softer than traditional for HHS

Princeton loss 65-64 in a great game. But the Vikes hit a long 3 with 6 seconds left to cut the lead down to 1 and the clock didn't stop and they lose. Is that high school rules that the clock doesn't stop in the 4th quarter in a 1 point game
Crazy

NBA and college.

It's asinine that Darweshi Hunter does not have a single D1 offer.

Romeo Langford with 36 points leads New Albany. Must have been a great watch.

Darweshi Hunter not having any D1 offers is just crazy. But I think after today that will change. Proud of Princeton playing a very good team. These games with top talent teams will only make Princeton that much more scary come tournament time.

I wonder why 6'7 O'Neal and 6'5 Henry didn't play

58-48 final score. I thought West hung in there ok surprisingly. You take out the second quarter it was fairly even. 9 of East 16 field goals were from 3.(9-18). Also shot it really well from the foul line whereas West(4-10 on free throws)didnít.

I think the East coach might have got a little too cute in the third, playing a lot of his bench with the large lead.

Saw Big Blue play Wednesday vs. Middies and last night at Oak Hills--was not real impressed in the first 3 quarters vs. Middletown, but Hamilton did get it going in the 4th quarter forcing turnovers and outscoring them 17-9 on J. Robinson 21 pts and D. Howard 14 pts and very good defense on big EJ the 2nd half.

Hamilton faced a much-tougher assignment at 10-3 OH on Friday and answered the bell by competing for all 4 quarters after falling behind 46-36 after 3 quarters. With Big Blue on the brink of being blown out they scored the first 10 pts of the 4th quarter and made OH work all the way to the end---OH hitting 10 for 10 free throws by Deifel, Dockery and Moeller late in the 4th quarter sealed the deal for the well-coached Highlanders. Howard (20), Robinson (19), and Reid (10) kept Big Blue tight the whole way. All 3 of those players are back next year.

If Hamilton plays solid for 4 quarters they can beat anyone based on last night--but if they have nights like the Sycamore or Fairfield games they can be beat. 4 starters back next year bodes well for Hamilton fans.

I did not see the game on TV nor was I at the game, but maybe the team was quicker and the coach used more guards and wings

My 2nd statement, I saw the box score and for the other team only 4 players scored and the Romeo kid had over half of their points, did Princeton try and double team him and make someone else beat you.

Princeton threw a few people at him, but mostly it looked like one on one with Khalil Davis, an off the bench sophomore. I don't know what they were going for. Guard one of the top five players in the country with a bench sophomore?

That kid is very athletic and very long for a guard. Maybe the experience helps Princeton down the stretch of their season when it counts!

Next Question, schedule show Princeton playing Wayne at Wilmington, is that part of some showcase or classic? If so what is the name and who else is playing there

Here's two minutes from the game. Dude was hitting 3s with good defense in his face:

What you might notice from the box score was the large disparity in fouls - would like to know more about that.

Romeo was on fire. Princeton will not face anybody close to his skill set the rest of the year. I do not know why they put a 6 foot sophomore on him. I think Romeo scored 12 points in a row on him. But Davis got some great experience guarding a top 5 player in the country. I do think we would of beat them if O'neal and Henry would of played. New Albany didn't have a lot of size with O'Neal at 6'7 could of done some damage in the paint. But time to move on because Lakota East wants some pay back from last year

Wow, thanks for sharing, that kid Romeo is good! He can shoot and has a very quick first step! I may look for a replay of the entire game!

Yeah Cox from East versus Bazeley count be a nice match up! Hunter could be the difference maker in this game.

Playing on the road in a packed gym in Indiana. It's been no different at Middletown, Hamilton, or Oak Hills over the years. Princeton got homered.

I can see getting homered in Indiana....but, how do you get homered in the GMC when the same person assigns the referees for all of the schools?

Referees have a desire to get out of the gym alive. With the old Middletown and Hamilton gyms and the seats being right on the floor and usually packed full, the home teams had the tendency to get a few more calls. You just have to know that going in. The New Albany gym had 3,000+ people virtually right on the floor. Princeton wasn't getting many calls.
