The Wrestling Factory of Cleveland’s Post Season Schedule provides your wrestler with a dedicated training program that will further develop their skills and technique. Our developmental program focuses on sound technique, specific training, and growing the love of wrestling in the athlete. We strongly encourage wrestlers to stay active and open to learning in the sport throughout the year. The off-season program gives them the opportunity to work on improving in all facets of wrestling through repetition and hard work. The Wrestling Factory of Cleveland welcomes you to join us for the Post Season Program as we work to get the edge on our competition.

Open mats are great but in order to take your wrestling to the next level you need a systematic approach with structured workouts and a plan of attack.

TWFOC philosophy is to develop the most technical and strongest athletes on the mat by not only teaching them fundamental techniques but advanced techniques as well. We have a strong emphasis on POSITION and strength. A strong mastery of fundamentals is the cornerstone of The Wrestling Factory of Cleveland.

I know you will! You all are always there! It was more a reference to people wanting folk in off season. The growth i see in athletes who wrestle free vs those that wrestle folk is very measurable!

No thanks. Free style changes the rules every year that's why its not growing.

35 of 42 OHSAA STATE CHAMPS were USA-Ohio members last year!! 60 of OHSAA state finalist were members of USA-Ohio last year! Thats 60 of 84! If you werent wrestling on the stage what are you doing to get there?!?!?!? Its FREESTYLE & GRECO season!!!!

We had a great turnout on Monday. We had 30 high school kids at our 5pm practice and had about 30 youth kids at our 6:30pm practice. We had kids from Westlake, Mentor, St Ed’s , Kirtland!!!! Excited to work with kids from all all over. Iron sharpens Iron
