Only a few blanks left to fill-in (I think all remaining kids are from the Central Ohio area). For the kids who previously didn't have a school listed, I went with their local public school (based on their OAC profile or hometown listed in recently entered tournaments).

Well the list for Central Ohio looks better than it has recently, so hopefully we have some more talent coming up the ranks for the Darby District.

Looks like Culver Academy really picked up their recruiting efforts in Ohio.

Anyone notice no Graham JH state champs this year. Unusual. With 7 seniors graduating for Graham this year, seems like they have finally come upon lean times. As far as I know, the lack of JH talent and so many seniors has never happened before at Graham.

With the incoming freshman and current freshman/sophomore class I don’t believe Graham has come upon lean times and there is plenty of young talent coming through or who will join the ranks within next couple of years. Don’t have to be a state champ in 8th grade to shine on the big stage in high school. There are probably kids on this very roster of state players that end up at Graham. Although Graham is losing 7 seniors that have shoes that cannot be filled there is plenty of talent most forget about just waiting for their time in the line up.

They'll have kids move into the small town after the Jordan Trained camps this summer.

Iím sure Coach Jordan being unsure if heís coaching next year in interviews with Zeb canít be helping. When is Bo moving back to St Paris and taking up the mantle lol. It does seem that both Graham and St Edís have a lot lot fewer names on Boroís list than usual.

Still I wouldnít mind my school having ďlean timesĒ ala Graham with a returning state champ, 2 returning state 2ndís, a state 3rd, a state 7th placer, a state 8th placer, and a freshman state qualifier. And oh by the way thatís not even counting Jeffrey Thomas, a former state finalist, or Nolan Gessler a Jr High state finalist.

Actually... Graham didn't win all tournaments. They didn't win Philo or West Carrollton? But all the kids that were point scores on Graham junior high team wrestled at jh state.

As I stated before on this thread, the talent in the Greater Cleveland area is very weak. Not just for Ed's but for Elyria, Brecksville, Wadsworth etc. Next year will not be much better. However, the 2020 class will be very good. A lot of talent. All the transfers taking place right now will determine which of the above teams will be strong in the next two years. Ed's have a very good class this coming year. Several of the names people will see (in the future) are NOT on this list because they are NOT from this area. All will be Freshman NO transfers.

Spit it out Mailman if you know. So now Eds is going all Wyoming Sem and Blair and drawing from out of state? Or freshman too old to wrestle in JH states?

Northeast Ohio is just fine with talent... They just are not going to St. Ed's, Brecksville, and Elyria. They are staying in there home district. You coming on here saying Greater Cleveland area is down shows you have no clue the amount of JH talent in the area. I have been around the JH nationals kids as well as other JH kids this year and next and they are just as good as past classes. What JH events have you been to that you got to see JH kids. Was you at VAC which Ohio won by the way with alot of Northeast Ohio kids. Was you at Philo, McDonogh, Wildwood, Danville, MS Nationals in Toledo, or JH State. Which event did you attend? How did you figure 2020 class is so strong. Because Ed's has some good grade school kids in the feeder program for that grade. Please share the outside names. Little Richter, Bennett are two really good young JH kids I know going to Ed's. Who else is coming inform us it's no big secret.

If any of you have read my past posts over the years (Huge I know you have) you know I will NEVER name any wrestler that may have an injury, attending another school or may be having issues. Be patient September is right around the corner.

Huge I never once posted Ed's was going Wyoming or Blair. All I said was I believe Ed's class will be much stronger then what is posted on the above list. I also said, NO transfers.

Rough you always you to point out Ed's when I post about the lack of talent in this area. Plain facts are the talent is down. Just look at the placers on this list and how many are from the greater Cleveland area. I go on what I see and who I know and trust. This has nothing to do with one school or the other. Yes, 2020 class will be loaded. Again you brought up Ed's. I never said ANY of that talent was coming to Ed's. Everyone relax. We all have the right to express our thoughts. I did and you did. Time will tell how many of these "local" kids you speak of make an impact in the next 4 years. I'm going to say not many from the greater Cleveland area.

With the new transfer rules... you may want to re examine a few of these names. High School decisions are going to need to be more carefully considered.

Why is that?

Unless your point is some may go ahead and transfer before they are stuck.

None of the 8th graders will have an issue. They will just move into the community of choice. No reason to sit.

Sorry mailman for my tone. I was being a smart because either say something or don't but. I hate when someone implies they have knowledge and yet won't share it. By being mysterious you invite conjecture and speculation. I was trying to guess how eds could have studs coming in and yet those studs didn't place in JH states. ( I should have sent that as a PM)

Huge no problem. But I have NEVER revealed a kids name on here whether they are hurt, transferring or coming. Not my style. Not saying I'm always right and that's why I will never post a wrestlers name. Not fair to the kid, families or schools.

I narrowed it down to one school for all the kids who previously had multiple schools listed.

If any schools above are incorrect, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!
