I honestly think officiating is going to be a big key in this game. Two years ago out there they allowed the WW defensive backs to be physical which affected the passing game and the outcome of the game. Same thing happens Friday night it will be a struggle. The running game really needs to be at its best.

If WW saw the film they will blanket #16. Killed moeller last week single handedly.

He's a solid player, but there's no way he gets that kind of separation v the WW Secondary. If Elder wants to win, they need to establish the run and eat up clock.

No different than how they played the Elder WRs last season. Difference was Elder was the beneficiary of more than a few defensive holding calls. Unfortunately it didn't help Elder put up anymore points.

Elder has quite a few good receivers but they are not real big so if Winton Woods is aloud to play physical with them it could cause a problem.

Broxterman could come end up being a factor if that happens. I'm not certain if Ramsey has consciously gotten him more involved or if Bittner favors him, but he's gotten more balls thrown his way the past few games. He's certainly a difficult matchup for a LB or S at 6'6"

Had quite a few balls go his way against St I's and St X but don't remember much going his way against Moeller? One of the only times I remember was the one in the corner of the endzone on the horseshoe end where he was ruled out of bounds. In fact, per GCLsports he had 0 catches.

I thought he was thrown to a few times last week. And if it wasn't a blowout, he would have a few more thrown his way.

I really do hope the students show up to support the team. The past few trips to WW, there's been no cheerleaders or SS. Hopefully last week was a bit of an awakening and we can get a few kids out there.

Maybe 500 is my guess. The number of students hopefully will be more than 100 but I doubt it. Hope those teenagers really prove me wrong tonight.

There was a bad wreck on EB I-275 near Winton Rd this afternoon. Check Google Maps before you leave to find the best route in case traffic is still backed up.

I know there was an incentive with the news being there, but the fact that all those kids did that sleepover before the Moeller game gives me hope. They seem legitimately jacked up and know there's still work to do to get in the playoffs. Hopefully I'm right.
