Norwalk hosts 2nd place NOL foe Willard on Friday night. The Truckers earn the outright NOL title with a victory.

Norwalk travels to Huron on Saturday night to battle the Tigers.

I think Willard will be able to keep it closer than envisioned; I say Norwalk by 15.

For the record, Willard is better than Huron(and already proved it on the court), so I'll agree Truckers by 19 over the current co-SBC leader Huron Tigers.

Willard did not prove they were better than Huron. They beat them one time in December. I guess you could argue they were better on Dec. 29. Are they better now. Maybe, but not certainly.

I really think Saturday night will be wider than 19 points but I'm kind of a Huron Tigers fan so I've got about 10 points of hope built in that prediction.

If you're a Tiger fan then hop on Rt 2 and head east. Why should we be the only people packed into that tiny gym? Huron's been coming on lately. They won't come close to the Truckers but this game will have Huron ready for tourney time in a couple of weeks.

Last night's score aside(regarding Norwalk-Willard), I still believe Willard is better than Huron. Stronger schedule and typically in an NOL-SBC matchup, the NOL school has the edge.

Best of luck to the Truckers tonight against the Tigers.

Norwalk 76
Huron 54

Truckers 21-0.

Huron is a very good basketball team and a real threat in D3 NWO. I think the Tigers have a real opportunity to earn a spot in the regional.

With the regular season over in some parts of Ohio, does anyone know when All-District (both AP and District 6 and District 7 teams in NW Ohio )and All-Conference teams will be announced? It will probably be another week or so for some of these.

Norwalk 70
Tiffin Columbian 44

Truckers substituted freely in this one and finish their regular season 22-0. Norwalk opens tournament play at Galion vs. Sandusky on Tuesday at 6:15. Now is the time boys.
