Does anyone in Boardman call it that? NO. It's called Boardman Local Schools.

There's no Youngstown Fitch or Youngstown Poland or Youngstown Canfield. People in Canfield would file a lawsuit if some announcer referred to them as Youngstown Canfield. Heck, they might just walk off the field. Imagine a game where an announcer referred to Poland as Youngstown and Mooney by Mooney. There might be a riot.

How bout Youngstown Struthers? Youngstown Lowellville?

Nice shot at Phil Kidd... LOL.
The city identified by the USPS mailing address (used by OHSAA and others) is why people refer to the school as 'Massillon Jackson' and 'Youngstown Boardman'. In the Columbus suburbs, the name of the schools in districts with multiple high schools typically contains the city as part of the actual name. Thus, 'Hilliard Darby' and 'Dublin Scioto' are more proper than 'Darby' and 'Scioto'.
