Cincinnati Driveline Velocity Program

Driveline Velocity & Arm-Strength & Arm-Care Program.

Recently we took a visit out to Driveline and created a relationship with them to allow us to apply their methodologies to our players. We will be trading data points with them to allow us to stay up to date with the latest research and information.

DETAILS: 14 Week. Progressive Training Program.2-3 Workouts per week
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?:FREE evaluations from former Boston Red Sox Athletic Trainer and Movement Expert: Josh Elleman. We aren't just following an online program. We find deficiencies and we make a program specifically for you!!

AGES:12-18

POSITIONS: ALL

START DATE: November 14th, 2017 or Mid-December 2017

WORKOUT BREAKDOWN:
Each workout includes:
Stretch and foam roller routine
Dynamic full-body warm up and arm-stretch
Arm-band and free-weight shoulder pre-throwing routine
Long-toss and throwing specific training
Strength, power, and explosion exercises
Conditioning and cool-down exercises
