I tend agree but two differences are DSJ doesn't have pool of athletes with vouchers to bring in that LCC does and DSJ will bring quite a few more paying fans to away games.

There is now way that includes scholarships or coaches salary/benefits. That is probably just operating costs (insurance, equipment, travel costs, ect.).

My guess Adams ends up D1. Most likely MAC. 6'4" can shot the three and handle the ball. He is only in 10th grade so could even add a few more inches.
